An absolutely great hotel, we had a lovely stay. Spotless and brand-new room, it had nice big windows and a lounge area. The staff were all very very helpful and fantastic friendly and provided good service. The setting of venue was particularly good, in the business area of Liverpool. And it was also near to main attractions, the Cavern Quarter and centre.

Shame the bathroom was flooded.

Overall I spent my time lovely. Its location was great and perfect, in the business area of Liverpool. And it was also so close to the entertainment center and museums.

That lift was missing.

Good-sized and brand-new room with rain shower, a sofa bed, as example, and there's private parking onsite, if you travel by car.

Compact and reasonably large room with a terrace, shower gel etc, for instance, the stuff was very attentive, whenever I needed help. The location of the property was great and unbeatable, very close to the city center.

I appreciated the hotel, everything was nice here. I got an a nice size and compact room and the staff were competent. The setting was good, just next door to pier head as well as the shopping mall. Plus, it was within a 15-minute walk from an Emigration gallery. Overall the service was excellent.

Clean facilities in general, great and lovely location in Liverpool centre. Right by the entertainment center and city shopping, bars and clubs.

It was lovely place for travelling to Liverpool, I was glad to stay there. The location of the hotel was stunning and brilliant - relatively near Museum of Liverpool. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were pleasant. I enjoyed it, recommendable.
