The standard family room was air-conditioned and generous-sized with sofa, table and chairs. Greatly enjoyed this real good stay by a further 14 nights.

Fantastic location a very close to good pubs a places to eat within a 15 minute walk, well experienced staff, everything was lovely. The rooms were large and newly remodelled, had smoke detectors for safety.

The location was excellent, overlooking the park. The hotel was in a very lively area, not far from Sefton park, which is beautiful and the nearby Lark Lane.

Our stay there was superb. We had a tiny bedroom. It was in a marvellous and stunning location with excellent views over the park. We could drink something at Mercat Bar, located 1 km away.

The rooms are newly decorated and large, and are complete with latched windows, a roll top bath, for example. The breakfast is fresh and great english served with cereals and tea or coffee, for instance.

Magnificent location in a very lively area right by Victorian palm house and rushing streams and Sefton Park, which is perfect for an early morning run. A lot of food for the English breakfast.

Good old hotel, well priced. Had air conditioning and a music system in my standard family room. The staff was smart and the English breakfast was warm! Its location was magnificent, in the restaurant on the first night I got there, and in a very lively area.

I was offered a room with excellent views of the park. The breakfast was good hot and free with variety of well presented food. The venue was in a central location adjacent to nearby Lark Lane. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was fantastic.

Thank you all for a very pleasant stay for wedding. The location was stunning, to bars & restaurants, and the bed comfy. Luckily it was close to On The Pallet, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

Marvellous and impressive location to Liverpool John Lennon airport, just 15 minutes by car. Stunning and huge room, with a huge bathroom.

Exceptionally clean and appealing place, has great views of the park. It boasts spectacular, handy location just next door to Sefton Park and nearby Lark Lane. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

The hotel was original and overall clean with a pleasant bar. The staff were efficient and attentive too. This was a decent and amazing location just off the park, Lark Lane and the Italian garden at the rear. The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was family overall.
