Every member of staff was exceptionally nice.

We had an excellent 4-star experience here. The property's location was good and incredible, right in the centre. Moreover, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic fortress.

Would recomand it as we had a fabulous experience here.

Loved great-sized twin room with comfy beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

They gave us a triple room with comfy beds. The location couldn't be more great and fab right next to the pubs. Explored a sunday food market, that is located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I appreciated this luxury place, stayed there for 3 nights. Comforts of triple room with a shower were fabulous. Generally everything was amazing, even so the bathroom was a little small. The location was fab in a shopping area, not far from The Vines.

I've booked twin room and everything was fantastic. The location was excellent and unbeatable because it was close to pubs and bars, the centre of town and shops, theatre and train station. Easily reached La Tasca, located at a walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Glad I took triple room, it was spotless and huge.

Truly enjoyed the place, it was luxurious and worked for me. My room was great value and a nice size with comfy beds, had smoke detectors for safety measures. There were a TV, a kettle, and coffee, which was great. The staff was very friendly and affable, some of the best in Liverpool.

My classic quadruple room was immaculate, absolutely perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff there were lovely and great. Its location very close to the centre was marvellous and fab.

We were there for 2 days, everything was fantastic, greatly enjoyed its perfect location close enough to centre of Liverpool, Chinatown and trains home.

Stay here and enjoy your Liverpool weekend. It's comfortable place for visiting some must see attractions in Liverpool. The staff is amazingly nice. The hotel has a lively bar.

I have stayed in the triple room with a shower. Its staff are amiable. The location is central, very close to centre, train station and pubs and bars and Liverpool council.

We stayed in the twin room, it was functional and the bed was lovely. Liked view of city. The location of this hotel not far from Liverpool council, town centre and Ropewalks was excellent. Cafe Upper Crust was located 5 minutes walk away.

Everything about this great central hotel was great. The classic quadruple room we stayed in was immaculate with a shower and the coffee. Its location was central, a short way from a victorian museum. The venue was in a shopping area, close to Albert Dock, The Baltic Triangle and train station and pubs and bars. Truly enjoyed every minute of being there, would recommend.

It has stunning location 15 km away from the airport. It's not too far from Elif, spent evening there.

The hotel was in a central location close to the centre. Local fast food option Kfc - Great Charlotte Street was 5 minutes walk away. Overall it was immaculate and fine with comfy beds.

The hotel had a brilliant location minutes from a night club. And it was also really close to town centre as well as the pub below.

I got complimentary classic quadruple room as an upgrade, nice gesture. I loved city view. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, to Chinatown, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Liverpool.

We spent 2 nights in twin room with comfy beds, all the facilities and TV. The location for Liverpool was brilliant, really close to the train station, the centre and Lime Street, Ropewalks, The Baltic Triangle.

Planned to see Liverpool major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them.

This place is luxurious because of the stunning location and city views. The location is peaceful, 3 km from St George. Plus, this hotel is so close to centre of the city.

I got a neat room with own bathroom. The location was fab - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Besides, the area was shopping, next to a national gallery.

The room was perfect with with TV and a shower plus the coffee, had good night sleep. The hotel had indeed an awesome location in atmospheric pub.

Great value for the area. It was a COMFORTABLE stay, amicable staff. Give kudos to driver. Don't forget to dine at Elif, it's within 10 minutes walk or so, we liked it.
