I had fine 1-night stay here! The location turned out to be magnificent and beautiful. Plus, it had convenient access to St Johns Market. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk in my standard queen room, liked it. The staff was excellent friendly and amiable all day long.

It had comfortable location within short walking distance to Chinatown. Also, the area was particularly good.

The hotel had a comfortable location right at Conference Center at Lace. The room met expectations, it was tastefully decorated here with shower, the bathroom and tea.

The location was good for traveling around Liverpool, close enough to the riverside, the city centre and popular areas such as Lark Lane and Smithdown Road, and hipster bars. I found Que Pasa Cantina offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. Beds and pillows in my standard queen room were exceptionally comfortable.

Greatly enjoyed our decent sized and airy rooms, plus the staff was amicable. Generally everything was fantastic, nevertheless the bathroom was extremely small. The location was magnificent and stunning, near hipster bars, and the centre of the city. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Broasters chicken, had some food there. The food they offered was freshly made, had plenty of meals.

I got complimentary standard queen room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was stunning and the staff was efficient and caring during the whole stay! The whole experience was good, no reason to complain, can recommend.
