The hotel was situated in the very central location amazing right in the heart of Liverpool town centre. The room was new-fashioned and bright with an absolutely brilliant view of the Anglican cathedral.

Great value and comfy place all in all, has top-class staff at the reception desk. It's top-notch with huge bathrooms. They have a living room, a mobile, and a toaster. Thank you you all!

The setting is exceptional and brilliant, close to public transport, and Liverpool One and lots of restaurants. The rooms are bright and new-fashioned, with a lounge, a mobile, and a toaster. The staff are nice and courteous and I greatly enjoyed their attitude.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other hip new hotels. I booked top-notch and well-organised room with the balcony, 2 bath, as example. No complaints whatsoever, this was a very good stay for a week holidays here.

All in all, it was wonderful base for travelling to Liverpool. The staff were patient during our stay. Unbeatable location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. Moreover, it was near a Beatles museum. Everything was very good and met requirements.

The staff were really kind when we arrived. Its location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Concert Square was marvellous and fantastic.
