Clean place with outstandingly accommodating staff members and river views. Modern and functional room with exceptionally comfortable bed and an ironing set, a hair dryer, and a kettle.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with river views, everything was really good. There were comfy beds and air conditioning, a storage, and a safe box inside the room. No complaint, had a really nice stay on a Monday night which was quarter of Saturday night stay.

It is a nice size and well-kept with a sofabed pulled out, good enough for shopping. Our hotel is conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants, Albert Dock, and the Albert Dock and Liverpool One shops.

Fairly clean stylish accommodation with immensely pleasant staff and magnificent location easy to foreshore sites.

I booked a great-sized and well-organised room overlooking the river. Particularly good location so close to everything breakfast was really good, all was amazing.

Everything is excellent here, had a nice stay for 3 nights. This hotel is conveniently located 1 km away from The Cavern Club. And it's set in a nice quiet area close to restaurants at the Albert Dock as well as all the attractions of Liverpool.

Had the double room which was high standard with a double bed. The breakfast was savoury, especially scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon and bangers. Loved the location close enough to everything.

Had fun stay for 4 nights and the weather was lovely. I booked queen room with fantastic view of the Albert Dock, the thinnest mattress plus double bed. The hotel was conveniently situated in a very very nice area short walk to Liverpool One shopping centre and Liverpool at 11.30 in the morning.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was spotless. The queen room was bright with comfy bed and the location was marvellous.

One could dine at restaurants such as revolution albert dock 5 minutes away. Our hotel was so close to tourist sites such as anfield stadium

the breakfast which we had was quick. the airport was 9 miles away. our favorite hotel in liverpool, we can recommend it.
