The breakfast is good value for money with plenty of things to eat and drink.

Everything was very good, had a really lovely stay for a short visit. The room was compact, air-conditioned and included luggage storage and climate control.

Property was 1st class, with affable staff and stunning location to the rail station to Manchester's airport. The standard queen room was well maintained and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were luggage storage, a chair, and a safe box to use.

Great relaxing and stylish venue, magnificent location near nice restaurant and friendly staff, shops and Dock and the city centre and car parking, liked our stay. The breakfast was warm and absolutely superb with toast and a great view, and the Irish bar was a plus.

Everything was fantastic, really great service, ideal location near to numerous shops, and roadworks and road closures. We booked double room with separate desk and could use wake-up service, available in it.

I had the standard double room which was neat with such comfy beds. The location was great in a shopping area, short walk to the centre of the city, all the main attractions and Liverpool one shopping centre and Liverpool Holiday Inn. Found time to see The Cavern Club, that's not too far away from the property.

Had fine stay of three nights with very friendly stuff and unbeatable location next to Queen Street train station. Our standard double room was more than air conditioned.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at casual restaurant with a super view from the restaurant. It included luggage storage, a chair and a safe box, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was good.

Location is marvellous, property is fairly clean and breakfast is hot. Glad I took double room, it was new-fashioned and stylish. The casual restaurant is very convenient. The hotel provides an excellent service. Parking is nearby. Thanks for the really comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - around 10-15 minutes walk from Albert Dock. There was a good restaurant and efficient and knowledgeable staff. The room was very lovely, big bed.

Views appeared to be not so great.

I've had a GOOD stay that felt abysmal value. The rooms were individual with 2 very comfortable double beds and nice decent large towels and the breakfast was delicious. The location was incredible and brilliant - ease of access to Liverpool Empire Theatre.

The location is incredible and brilliant, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and bars. There are a cathedral and a theatre close to the venue.
