We had a pleasant bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the view over the Liverpool skyline was delightful.

Its good value. The staff are super-friendly and extremely polite and provide a first-class service.

Views are not very good and the bathrooms are very compact.

The breakfast was warm and provided with juices and gluten free diet, for instance.

The whole experience was fun. It was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean hotel, exactly as described, with competent staff and magnificent location in Blakes restaurant which was OK. In general the service was very good. They offered me concierge service free of charge too.

Loved the way our a nice size and themed deluxe twin room on the lower floors was. The breakfast was savoury and warm with juices and both the plates and hot options and we spent evenings in the lounge bar on-site.

Many things to mention - everything was immaculately clean, amazing food, delightful views. I was given beautifully decorated and brand-new room with a comfortable bed. The location in a very pleasant area was exceptionally nice and there were the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. Furthermore, I could visit a Beatles museum.

We were in a marvellous and brilliant location not too far from Acc Liverpool. The room was very good, extremely comfy bed. The view was absolutely fabulous, the service was excellent.

You got outstanding value for money. The luxury queen room suited us : it had climate control, a private safe and a writing desk. Friendly staff and everything was amazing. A decent base for celebrating birthday in Liverpool. They have breakfast, it costs GBP 16 per person per day.

We appreciated the location, which was fantastic! Our room had a sunny balcony.
