The staff was approaching and informative, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Had a continental breakfast, found it to be relatively cheap.

Its location really close to a publicly owned art museum was unbeatable and brilliant. The staff were lovely and approachable, they made our stay a superb experience.

It was surely an excellent stay with the service and the stay. The location was great and fab, a few steps away from Northern Quarter bars. And the area was nice cosy, short walk to public areas and corridors and all the shops plus also Albert docks and the rest of the waterfront. Free of charge and delicious breakfast, food was brilliant.

Very good staff and pleasant and fabulous place. Separate bedroom. The breakfast with automatic pancake maker. Marvellous and brilliant location very close to the centre of everything, near pubs and restaurants. And 15 mins walk to National Football Museum.

The rooms were both brand-new, high-class, complete with bedroom and TV plus all the facilities. The private parking was next to the hotel, excellent service.

The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly and the room is brand-new with our own kitchenette.

Spacious and fairly clean hotel, location was great adjacent to The Cavern Quarter, the city centre and M & S Arena and Liverpool One and the popular bars. Overall the service was friendly. Besides, parking was available next to the venue. I spent some time with cold drinks in the great downstairs bar.

The breakfast was not expensive, the hotel was pleasant and fairly clean. We took a queen studio with a storage, an iron, and a kettle, it was new-fashioned. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was exceptional. On the plus side, there was parking next to the property.

Generally, really enjoyed this quiet accommodation with fast staff on the reception desk. The hotel was set in a very central area just next door to the 24hr bar/cafe, all Liverpool's attractions and also very close to the cavern club. Had brunch in the Manhattan Bar and Grill, located nearby.

A good modern and pretty standard place to stay in Liverpool. Very amiable staff members on the reception desk, well-appointed and well presented rooms. My spotless and airy room had an iron, an electronic key card and television with satellite channels. The bed was extremely comfy & the staff there were pleasant.

The location of the hotel was central, near train station and Liverpool for a night out. It also was to the dock area.

All the staffs were welcoming. The location was decent, near city center, convenient to go everywhere.

We liked it, the hotel was ideal and had great location and service. A kitchenette was an added bonus. What's more, they had parking for our car...

The rooms were very clean and pleasant as well, great location. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Bite, set within 10 minutes walk or so. Would definitely recommend the place.
