We stayed 2 nights and it was a real good fit. The location was perfect and quiet, not too far from Williamson Square.

My double room with jacuzzi bath and comfy beds plus big windows was recently refurbished and great-sized. Had stylish decoration. Gentle and amiable staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

Comforts of big size suite with hot tub were fabulous. This lovely welcoming hotel had very central setting close to everthing.

Everything was spotless and great. Exceptionally clean and huge rooms and nice bathrooms. Delicious and excellent meals.

Nice and sumptuous room with a bath, hot tub, as example, fantastic staff. Great decoration. Amazing building, great and brilliant location very close to the train station, shops and bars, bar/restaurant and all Liverpool's attractions. Besides, easy access to a victorian museum.

The place was fairly clean, comfy and sumptuous rooms. The restaurant here was magnificent, we both ordered hot dishes.

I liked the hotel, it's simply stunning and the location is perfect close to everything. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and food was amazing.

All the rooms are reasonably large with a bath and the staff is affable. There are lots of supplies like: an iron, an electronic key card, and a TV set. The service is excellent with private parking available and appetising meals. A very special stay, I would stay here again.

The food offer is delicious. New-fashioned luxurious rooms, they are provided with jacuzzi bath and big windows plus hot tub. The hotel's location is marvellous and lovely, just off train station, bars and restaurants as well as all Liverpool's attractions.

Had 1 day in Liverpool, spending my time here really good. In general the staff were incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and huge in general, with hot tub. The food was appetising with plenty of alternatives.

Staying at the hotel was relaxing, I would happily return. The venue was gorgeous and placed in a traditional-style building. All staff were welcoming and very pleasant and gave some tips about Liverpool. The food was appetising and the bar was lovely.
