It is stunningly beautiful hotel, I enjoyed its individual rooms and super staff.

It was a marvellous location just off bars for the evening and all the shops for the daytime. The best part where the exceptionally nice stuff.

Our double room was amazing with a drink of our choice. Every member of staff was very stylish and brilliant.

Simply stunning venue, absolutely kind staff. The rooms spotless, new-fashioned with a very comfy bed, the aircon and a drink. Great food for all meals. Particularly nice area, great location, next to all the shops for the daytime, Liverpool one and Royal Albert dock and city centre shops.

Everything was amazing, outstanding service, fantastic location not far from Liverpool one as well as all the shops for the daytime. We had a comfortable bedroom.

The property was luxury, offered tastefully decorated and beautiful little rooms. The location was perfect and nice, close to restaurants and bars. Tried some takeout specials at Crumbs, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue. I truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel.

this accommodation had a very central setting right near local nightclubs. the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotless with smoke detectors for our safety. the staff was exceptionally nice and made us feel comfortable. we didn't feel like leaving and would absolutely stay here again.

Neat units with the aircon, and the staff were amazingly nice! The location was very central, amazing right near all the shops for the daytime. Local fast food option Mersey Kebab Shop was 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent staff gave advice on things to do. We had the double room which was lovely little and bright with super-king sized bed. An electric kettle and fridges were nice.
