Dedicated stuff, well organised breakfast, gorgeous location short walk to the City Centre or Albert Dock and the restaurant in the titanic.

Had absolutely outstanding stay in the winter time, the staff were top-class, location was stunning reasonable in a taxi.

The venue is truly stunning, it offers very comprehensive breakfast and has beautiful location near to the restaurant, food and service, the best restaraunts and Liverpool one which is n't that far. It has both very knowledgeable and reasonably good staff. Great to have a tapas restaurant on the premises.

All the staff was helpful, settled my issues. Nice and unbeatable location, the breakfast was substantial with toast and freshly made omelettes, for example.

This quaint and relaxing hotel was in very central location in such a prestigious establishment for what was virtually 5-star pricing. And it was also next to the Albert Dock or Liverpool One, the restaurant in the titanic many of times, and tourist areas.

It was fairly clean, the staff was very attentive and friendly attentive, plus the service was superb. Substantial and good hot breakfasts by water, liked it. The hotel has stunning location so close to the center, the shops and restaurants and Anfield & Goodison Park.

Large bedroom. Captivating view out of town, a great shower and shower facilities in the bathroom. Stunning and fantastic location happy to say that she was very pleased when I told her about the Titanic stay after the festival, very convenient restaurants in the local area.

Absolutely brilliant and unbelievable place with nice employees on shift. Big bedroom. Had comfortable a sofa, extra easy chairs, and an iron.

Breakfast not worth the money.

Gorgeous property, clean, perfect service and reasonable value. Very comprehensive and substantial breakfasts with pastry, grill plus freshly made omelettes provided by the incredibly welcoming staff.

Well-maintained rooms, incredible very central location. Proximity to the airport, just 20 km. Substantial and delicious full English breakfast with freshly cooked options if required, reasonably priced.

Its rooms are well priced and brand-new with subject themed art, nice touches plus outside space by the dockside as advertised.

The location was nice and absolutely perfect as for me, really close to a taxi from Lime Street train station, the titanic for food and drink and Liverpool and back. I ate at the tapas restaurant near the hotel.

It made my trip to Liverpool a perfectly pleasant experience. Friendly attentive staff, everything was second to none. The full English breakfast was more than well organised. Liked the location easy to get to Albert socks for the bars. Also, this hotel was situated 3 km from tourist destination like a sculpture gallery.

The well-maintained room had all the necessary facilities, a safe box, coffee, and a kettle. The full English breakfast had lots of delicacies and was well organised. The view was impressive, the service was friendly.

It was in a very central location, back in the Liverpool area. Further, it was really close to the Beatles museums, Stanley Bar and Restaurant, and easily accessible.

Everything was second to none, superb service, lovely location next to dockside lovely restaurant with buffet breakfast, centre of town and back, and convenience stores. Very comprehensive and well organised breakfast with freshly cooked options if required, and well-mannered staff.

We had a good hot full English breakfast with lots of meals.

The room was well-kept and themed and having kept the original features of the warehouse. The location was unbeatable for first time visitors to Liverpool.

View was splendid, breakfast was substantial, and beds were incredibly large. Our accommodation was set in a very central location so close to bars / restaurants. There was a tapas restaurant nearby. Had welcome ales, cocktails, gins, and spirits in the lobby bar.

The room was huge and come with a heating system, a dressing room, and a hair dryer. The bed was perfect, a free standing bath worked well.

By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Liverpool, had much fun and met friendly attentive staff with more than one receptionist. We ate at a very spacious restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Stayed here with my dad and everything was perfect. I ate in the fabulous restaurant for evening meals which was reasonably priced. Remote location of this trendy boutique hotel was a bonus. You could walk to all the major shops and a local supermarket.

It is cool place to stay, the food is gorgeous, and location is fab then in the restaurant. The hotel's staff is very courteous. In addition to substantial breakfast, the impeccable service is offered.

As for me, the area was not great.

It's a magnificent place, fairly clean. The rooms are huge and have great views. There is an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment - that's always a plus. Thank you for a really amazing stay.

The hotel serves FABULOUS food. The classic queen room is fabulous with the best walk in shower, live music at the bar, for instance.

Memorable stay. The place was superior, we really loved it. Had nice dainties at Eileens Cafe, located short walk from the hotel.
