The rooms are clean and generally offer an iron, a writing desk, and blinds. Great value for money, you're getting nice service. By the way, WiFi fee is gbp 8 per 24 hours.

The location was marvellous: the Christmas market and a market were within walking distance. Really enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's at a medium distance from the hotel. Great value for money for this area, had a very nice stay for two nights on a business trip.

Magnificent small place, it has brilliant and gorgeous location near to the restaurant on one night, many bars and Liverpool's famous Hope Street directly opposite the Philharmonic Hall.

I have stayed in the twin room with outside hot bath. The atmosphere is cosy, easy going staff with your receptionists.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location down a gentle slope to the city centre. The breakfast with veggies and bacon, as for instance was amazing and tasty, you’ll find what you need.

I didn't want to leave, had an awesome experience and would come back for sure. The room was delightful, the location was fascinating very central. Also, the hotel was set just a short walk away from Liverpool One Shopping Complex. It had top-notch attached restaurant.

Although everything was brand-new, some of the staff were not always friendly.

The staff is charming, the breakfast excellent, the location is marvellous so close to even all the way down to the waterfront, and in particular the Liverpool Philarmonic. The studio suite is delightful, we also greatly enjoyed excellent views. There is a wide array of facilities in the room like : a sofa bed, an iron, and a chair.

The total stay was wonderful for the one night at a great hotel. We got beautifully designed room with really good shower. The venue's location was marvellous and lovely, adjacent to making the most of the city, and the waterfront.

Perfectly clean property with competent staff with your receptionists. Cosy atmosphere all around, particularly good location close to the centre, the Philharmonic Hall and Liverpool for concert at Philharmonic Hall. Again, not far from a publicly owned art museum.

Everything was lovely, very efficient service, incredible location very close to which is of superb quality and other main attractions. Stocked extremely pleasant rooms with superb views, and coffee, nice sheets and blinds. The cosy ambiance in the main bar.
