Truly enjoyed the place, brilliant and lovely for exploring the city. The hotel had excellent, decent location, we were near a bus station. Near cafes and pubs, it was a bonus.

The room was a nice size with a blackout blinds, fresh towels, for instance, booked it for £ 41.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Superbly friendly staff and good and absolutely perfect location, perfect for me. Nice building and rooms with how many plug sockets were available.

The location close to centre of Liverpool was good and perfect. Also, such main attraction as Liverpool Cathedral was 4 km from this hotel. The room was spotless and huge and I also had a perfectly clean bathroom. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the beds were big.

I liked it, have never been in a better hotel. I booked a double room with a mini-fridge, a sofa bed and central heating. Comfortable beds, the staff were competent and brilliant.

Sincerely, it was an enjoyable stay for a short visit. The staff were affable and accommodating throughout our stay. We liked the local cuisine in the restaurant.

Loved this budget hotel, would definitely recommend. Toast, butter and jam were available. The facilities were serviceable and easy to use.

Overall it was a very lovely stay for the weekend. Our room was not only immaculate, but also huge with plenty of coat hangers, a soft mattress, as example. The staff was amicable, we got their full attention.

A brilliant hotel, I loved it, staff was pleasant. The room was neat and huge and complete with huge windows, a lovely bathroom, a beautiful view. Everything was perfect, I would recommend.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location close to outskirts of city, Liverpool and bus stop.

Some of the staff were chatty.

There was a friendly reception. As picky eaters we really loved to be close to a wide range of restaurants, went to Eureka couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. We do recommend & would love to return.

Customer service was extremely handy. A great hotel, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. A big bed in our room. Aldi was around the corner...
