Hot breakfast with hot food, cool drinks. Reasonably sized rooms with a fridge, armchairs and a creaky bed, and particularly pleasant personnel. Particularly good location in a central area walking distance to business offices and banks.

I found the hotel's location ideal, just next door to city centre and attractions as well as the James Street tube stop.

Had 2 nights in Liverpool, spending our time here really good. The location was ideal, close to all the downtown attractions, it's a plus. It was also just next door to the waterfront, and Q-Park @ Liverpool One. The personnel was friendly efficient as expected.

The location was convenient for traveling around Liverpool, really close to both city centre and Albert docks and the museum's, a metro station and bus stop and the major attractions.

The beds were nice and each reasonably sized room had thoughtful tea making facilities, luggage storage, and a hair dryer. The offered breakfast was good hot for soggy scrambled eggs. Good and absolutely perfect location, it was walking distance to a cinema and an art gallery. On top of that, eateries and cafes were walking distance to the property.

This hotel is fancy, has attentive employees at all times. Our room with a bath was neat and pleasantly decorated with comfortable beds. Everywhere there was immaculately clean. The restaurant was nice for breakfast food and for every budget.

The breakfast looked savoury, for soggy scrambled eggs, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The location was incredible and best possible, for example, Albert Dock was just a short stroll away from the hotel. It was located next to the the train station.

We recommend the hotel. The personnel was friendly! Comfy bed. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like San Carlo, set within 10 minutes walk or so.
