The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with views over liverpool and it had wake-up service, that's cool. We truly enjoyed so ideal location close to Mathew Street.

It had cool and absolutely amazing staff. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory for drinks at 11pm and the food was reasonably priced.

Totally recommended for shopping. This hotel is fabulous and quiet with pleasant employees on reception desk. The rooms are modern looking and have decent view to the town.

Incredible service, private parking available onsite. Stylish decent sized rooms with fabulous views, and extreamly good coffee, a dog bed, and a hair dryer. Marvellous and fab location close to centre, great for shopping.

The units were vibrant and the staff were cool people on behalf of my manager. The breakfast looked delicious and satisfactory with a wide array of options. The hotel had unbeatable location near to the river and Albert Dock, airport and the mall, Tate museum at Albert docks and wonderful music bars at night.

The hotel was tidy with very responsive staff from cleaners and maintenance to management. It was in a comfortable and fab location just off Bars Restaurants as well as town hall and wedding venue. Plus, Liverpool Waterfront was not too far away from the venue.

The breakfast we ordered was too expensive, it could be far better.

The location was magnificent, a walking distance from The Cavern Quarter. Plus it was within 10 minutes walking from the downtown.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, recommend this hotel to family and friends. We had the double room which was nicely decorated and brand-new with a view. It offered us convenient location close to a train station.

Vibrant units with walk in shower.

Shopping area, very central location close enough to all the iconic museums and galleries, Cavern Club and the harbour and the many museums, Tate Gallery, Slavery Museum. Plus, a 4-6 minute walk from Mathew Street.

Everybody was well managed and the room was air-conditioned. The restaurant was very nice with good food, we ordered distinguished dishes. The service was exceptional, including an easy check-in.

The staff we met were absolutely rude.

Incredible location for Liverpool, near the centre of the L1 shopping centre and the cavern quarter is literally around the corner. Generally the service was decent.

The staff are cool people from cleaners and maintenance to management. The units are exceptionally good with breakfast. The setting is unbeatable, close to the Royal Court Theatre, that football club, and the river, lovely area.

This was a comfortable stay for my business trip into Liverpool. The rooms were airy and nicely refurbished, had a body wash and bath robes in the bathroom.

It has convenient, ideal setting, close enough to the nightlife and a short stroll to the shopping and Liverpool one, the important attractions in Liverpool and echo arena.

The location was excellent, and we could reach Royal Court Theatre by walking. A mall and a main shopping street were right next door.

Everything was really good, so where magnificent views to the town. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with good food. Close to the train station, the location was stunning and unbeatable, in the center of the party area of Liverpool.

The excellent location was not very far from Royal Court Theatre. This hotel was set in an extra comfy area. Decent services were available. I used wake up service and ironing, it's free too.

Absolutely fabulous venue, magnificent location just next door to usual tourist attractions and Bars Restaurants and shops, enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely well mannered and the hotel was reasonably priced, it had magnificent location easy to get to from the city Centre station.

Everything is wonderful here, had a fab stay for two nights. The breakfast is great, available with an English and more veggie options and the same crap self serve coffee machine.

The room I stayed in was a nice size with enormous bed, hair dryer, as example. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, close to Royal Court Theatre. The breakfast was warm and delicious, the check in was easy.

It was huge room, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Besides, the location was incredible and brilliant for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a Beatles museum.

Really enjoyed this terrific accommodation with cool staff from cleaners and maintenance to management. The restaurant was GREAT for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. Its location was indeed unbeatable and stunning and only 5 minutes walk from The Cavern Club. Also was very close to eateries and a stadium. There was a great selection of pubs and restaurants to choose from.
