The staff are extremely friendly, they keep the place clean. It offers amazing services. It's nice to have wake up service and ironing for free too.

The rooms were recently renovated with kitchenette, the staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Had a safe, a storage, and a hair dryer. The location of the hotel was excellent and perfect, in centre.

The room was spotless, airy, it had a storage space, a lounge, and an iron. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The location was very central, stunning right in the city center. Also, a Hyde park was 4 km away from the hotel.

I didn't like that the water pressure was very low.

The hotel's location was excellant, so close to the city center and Sainsburys and other shops and restaurants nearby too, Albert Dock, Liverpool One and Anfield stadium. Didn't like when it was humid outside, went to Kings Kebab House to relax and grab some food.

The hotel's position was excellent, just off train station, friendly staff and nice common area. Sometimes it was humid outside, so we went to Lobster Pot, had some food there.

I truly enjoyed 3 nights in this property. The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. I had recently renovated, beautifully maintained room with a safe box, a storage, and a lounge. The location was unbeatable: a mall and a market were within walking distance.

Restful staff, wonderful and ideal rooms with full size facilities. Paid £ 59.

It has amazing, magnificent setting, so close to the lime street train station and restaurants and supermarket.
