Luxurious place, overall clean, brand-new rooms and extremely helpful staff. Magnificent location for visiting nightclubs and restaurants. Very easy to get from Liverpool John Lennon airport, just 15 km. Exceptional service during our good stay. Late check out.

We appreciated that cheerful and great hotel. The breakfast was delicious with lots of food, everybody can choose. The location was brilliant, walk from bars and entertainment venues. The venue itself was in a nice enough area.

Close to a train station, overall I loved the location, it's great and gorgeous. There is bar Black Sheep Coffee, set 400 metres walk away.

Luxurious and impeccably clean place, everything was modern. The staff was active and provided GREAT service. It had a good and incredible location next to St John shopping mall where the main bus interchange is, the main shopping street and All the Shops Pubs Restaurants and Nightlife in Walking Distance. What's more, there was Concert Square within easy walking distance of the hotel. Having different complimentary drinks in the English bar was a very nice touch.

Overall clean place, brand-new rooms, attentive and top-class staff. Absolutely incredible and particularly good location, central to bars. Easy walk to Fact. Lots of amazing options for meal.

This hotel was really fantastic value. Everything was modern here. The location was excellent, on top of a night club and the interior design was modern. Spent our evenings in nearby The Monro Gastropub enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Our double room with an electric kettle, Netflix, and heating was brand-new. All of the staff members were extremely helpful and lively.

Everything was really perfect, however we stayed for 12 nights only. The location was perfect, walk from the central station, if you need it. The place was next to Liverpool downtown. Truly enjoyed our stay, it's fantastic value.

We had 2 peaceful days here, would recommend the place. The location was particularly good, in the city centre, in the nice quiet area. Also, Royal Court was a stone's throw away.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was great. The location was brilliant, just close to Royal Court Theatre. Plus the hotel was walk from bars and entertainment venues. Thoroughly enjoyed our big and cheap room with a mirror in bedroom and the Victorian-style building. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic value as opposed to other options.

The units are well-maintained with a mirror in the bedroom. Great to have sound-proofed windows, Netflix and heating.

The atmosphere created was family. Air conditioned beautifully decorated room, very fast internet, complementary tea and Netflix were appreciated.

Greatly enjoyed our superior room, it was budget and updated. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, Wi-Fi and Netflix where a nice touch.

In overall, the place is luxury, has active and best staff at night shift. The location is particularly good, 15 minutes' walk to Liverpool One Shopping Complex. Think it's fantastic value for Liverpool.

It's interesting place for visiting some must see attractions in Liverpool. The airport was 15 km away from here, magnificent location. In addition, free WiFi was a plus.
