The staff was incredibly nice - I would come here again. I was upgraded to a modern twin room with comfortable facilities. The hotel had a perfect location a few steps away from a 1st ever fully licensed distillery.

Absolutely brilliant place with affable staff, everything was great. The food was gorgeous and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The location was particularly good and perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The property was set in a fairly quiet area.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. The staff were welcoming and exceptional all the time. The room was huge and quiet, especially the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location for Liverpool was lovely and great, close enough to city centre and also two parks, in walking distance.
