Overall clean and stylish hotel with nice view of the cathedral. Incredible central location, close to the city center and bars as well as the Ropewalks.

The room was absolutely brilliant & exceptional, with all necessary things. An iron with ironing board, a coffeemaker, and a hair dryer were a huge plus.

The room was brand-new & reasonably priced, came with ventilation, a stylish decor, for instance. Loved the breakfast, it was hot and savoury and served in the bar. The service offered was very good. The personnel was incredibly helpful.

The location was fab central and decent - next to nightclubs and restaurants. The continental breakfast was outstanding!

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying an excellent area, close enough to all the night life, all the clubs and bars and restaurants, train stations and tourist attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, provided us with aircon, superb TV, as for instance. Everywhere there was overall clean, the staff were top-class people that fixed a problem with our reservation.

There was no signal which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

It had brilliant and super location not far from shopping places, nearby nightclubs, and baltic market is about 5minute by taxi. Moreover, some great tourist attractions like Concert Square were right next to the hotel. Tidy and very pretty room for its balcony, the staff was kind.

It's reasonably spacious hip new hotel, everything is fine here. Brilliantly helpful staff here on shift. It has ideal and exceptionally nice location 15 km away from the airport. The place to have dinner not very far from the venue is Alma de Cuba.

The stay here was very good for a night away with my partner. Booked a room with balloons and rose petals. Had incredible location right in the centre of things, not very far from Liverpool One Shopping Complex.

A little unfriendly staff!

Brilliant and super position in the good area, near to Liverpool clubs, the best bars in the city centre and restaurants and bars and liverpool central railway station. Right next to Metquarter and 300 metres from Jeffs of Bold Street.

The rooms were soundproof with a terrace, the staff were pleasant and amazingly NICE. The food was reasonably priced.

Stayed for 1 night in this beautifully kept and gorgeous place, really enjoyed that. Incredible central location close enough to Tesco express as well as all the classic Liverpool tourist sights. It also was to everything you could ever need in Liverpool. I had reasonably priced room with a terrace. Everywhere there was fairly clean. All of the staff were amiable, helpful.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.
