The room was themed and comfortable modern included climate control, a storage space, and a safe box. I got warm breakfasts with soya milk and the 90 items, for example.

The service was special in my opinion. The restaurant was bright for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. The location was great and lovely - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The location for our purpose was great, walk from a ferry port. It was located a few minutes' walk from the beach. The restaurant here was nice which served excellent breakfasts with lots of choices, we both ordered hot dishes.

Our room was brand-new and themed with a heater and black out curtains plus a mediocre bottle of sauvignon. The hotel was in a good and absolutely perfect location close to the centre of Liverpool or the train station and Close to really great Bars for what we wanted it for.

Marvellous location with a ferry port based walk from the venue. Easy to get to and a few minutes' walk from the beach.

This place was fantastic and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. We got a room with a bathtub. Pleasant views, the breakfast was delicious with tomatoes, hash browns, sausages. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was friendly.

Quiet and incredibly beautiful place with a decent view. Compact and airy room and amazingly nice staff especially the receptionists. Very quick check-in, great location just next door to the museums down the docks and the train station for longer distances.

The staff were very hospitable people especially the receptionist that checked us in, and location was good and absolutely perfect. We ate at a really nice restaurant with the food and service of a high standard.

We were in a magnificent and unbeatable location short walk to major attractions, Liverpool by a mile and major Liverpool landmarks like Albert Dock. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pier Head.

Impressive and clean place with amazingly nice and very courteous staff especially the receptionist that checked us in. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, and heating in the room. Decent views across to the Wirral and Welsh hills all around.

Overall had very enjoyable short stay for 2 nights. The location was stunning, on the outskirts of L1, it's a plus. The room was well furnished and brand-new, had a magnificent view across to the Wirral and Welsh hills.

Will choose it for sure next trip cos I loved my stay. Beautifully decorated place all in all, has top-class staff at the reception desk. The location is central. Further, there's a Beatles museum within a close distance from the hotel too.

Had a very nice stay on 2 nights of our stay, everything was first-class. Standard room with decorations sent for 30th birthday, had basic facilities we needed. The staff was superfriendly plus the location was marvellous.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this pretty standard and great looking place. The standard room I got was included with lovely view, a complimentary bottle of water, as example. The location was particularly good and perfect: the main shopping centre and a shopping centre were within walking distance.

Booked a room with king size beds. The facilities such as climate control, coffee, and an iron were available. The location for Liverpool was great and lovely, near to the center of liverpool, and the nightlife too. Also, I was not too far away from Pier Head.

High-class and clean place, great view across to the Wirral and Welsh hills. All in all excellent setting very close to the Radisson Blu restaurant for a 2 course meal with a half price voucher from Groupon as well as sightseeing and walking to restaurants yet away from the crowds.

Appreciated my superior room with a king bed and heating plus curtains missing from the window. The above average and warm breakfast had a great selection of meals and the food I tasted was great.

The pool area was great and the location was marvellous, right by restaurants, the Docks and City centre and river. It also was near to everything. The morning meal was satisfactory, including coffee, tea, toast and pastries.

Enjoyed my absolutely amazing stay on a business trip. It had incredible location with access to Simpson Fountain nearby. The breakfast had variety of food, including splendid pastries and toast.

The personnel was superfriendly offered me a neat and light room with bathroom, WiFi, as for instance. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets were available there. The service was very good and the pool was lovely.

We truly enjoyed the property and would stay there again. Only 15 min walk to downtown. The breakfast was good, with a wide array of different options.
