The room we stayed in was a nice size with an amazing view. Had really good facilities, such as a small fridge, full-length windows, and climate control.

Plentiful breakfast option with fried eggs, Porridge and other hot food such as fried eggs. Relaxing area, great and fab location, near to all the lively bars and restaurants in a quiet street, the city centre shops / nightlife than other hotels and the main shopping streets.

Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the river.

The place was spotless with a very modern design and top-class and always attentive staff. We got a lovely modern and well-organised room with a worth every penny view over the river. The service was absolutely very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved my choice. The bedroom was brand-new and nicely furnished. I spent some time with alcoholic drinks in the amazing sky bar.

The weather was warm sunny, had outstanding stay on a Friday & Saturday night. The room was a nice size, airy and had a minibar and climate control.

Spotless hotel in a really amazing building close enough to the city centre and fabulous restaurants, the Gino D'Acampo restaurant which was very nice and the totally center. Incredible location, fresh made breakfast for all tastes.

Had outstanding stay on vacation, the staff were competent, location was perfect to waterfront from here. The breakfast was freshly prepared and reasonably priced, all in all food was amazing.

There was no parking space, plus Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was fairly clean and stylish with fast wi-fi. The property staff was excellent and smart, not annoying. The bed was comfy, the room was compact and unique. The breakfast looked plentiful, for all tastes, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The daily service was good. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would come here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel: great food and very supportive and incredibly helpful staff. Because of a problem with the double room I was upgraded and had a nice size and well-equipped room with a view.

The room I booked was unique and fashionable with a great view of the Mersey, huge windows, nice facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were extremely friendly.

When I am in Liverpool, I like staying here. The rooms are exceptional and immaculate, have down pillows. Plus, the location is peaceful and decent, minutes from Liverpool Town Hall. What's more, it's relatively close to the heart of the city.

We were given a double room on arrival, it was luxurious. The location was decent, a 10-15 minute walk from The Cavern Club. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far from the hotel.

I was given bright and compact room just how expected it to be with a massive bed and the bedroom plus great views. The enjoyable breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was delicious. The hotel was placed in the central location close to everything.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Liverpool. Dinner and breakfast food was brilliant! All of the staff was amiable and efficient. And it was 15 minutes on foot from the downtown.
