The room was neat and well-appointed with central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, relatively near Gay Village.

Everything in this reasonably clean hotel was fine. Bright & functional room with a view. Excellent, good location just next door to Liverpool one and bars and the centre of Liverpool. Easy check in and exceptional service.

Liked this hotel, had really lovely experience. Everything was fine, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. The bedroom was functional and comfy. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to Liverpool one and Albert, the island of naboombu and the city centre and the docks. Besides, it was relatively near Albert Square.

The units are bright, functional with a new beds, a fan, for instance. The food offer is lovely. The hotel has magnificent location to a shop that sold them.

We totally recommend this hotel, spent here quiet 1 night. Comforts of large suite with a view were fabulous.

The staff that checked us in was amazingly nice and exceptionally pleasant. Our room was neat and spotless and had 2 single beds. The bathroom was good, with a bathtub.

The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

The location was great, the room was bright. Also, we visited Cornerhouse, located relatively close to the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

Plus, the location is fab, minutes from waterfront ferris wheel. I have stayed in the suite with an electric kettle, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

I appreciated this fabulous hotel, it did not disappoint. Marvellous setting for where i needed to be. You could walk to a market and shops. The staff was exceptionally nice and immensely pleasant and made it a really really nice experience.

It was really overall clean and cheerful hotel, couldn't recommend more. My pets and I liked being there. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were good sized. The breakfast had a lot of good food and drinks. It was in a central location, away from everything going on in the world.

The location was quiet and decent for exploring this good area, close enough to Albert Dock and city centre, and Liverpool. Went to Black Lodge Brewing for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The service was all in all excellent. Took the advantage of the parking on-site.

This hotel met expectations! Everything was perfect, the wifi was free. It was really close to riverside, and the centre, stunning location overall. Dined at Pao, it was not too far away from the venue.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Liverpool. I loved that there were multi-channel television, a coffeemaker and a writing desk. The employees were responsible all the time. The location was central, very close to Liverpool one and Albert, bars and the Campanile. I was surprised at nearby The Red Berry Club, they had some goodies, drinks. The service was excellent with an easy check-in.

20 mins walk to the center. Also, such main attraction as anglican cathedral was 2 miles from this hotel. We had a double room with central heating, a writing desk and an electronic key card...

We would definitely recommend as we appreciated campanile liverpool. 25 minutes' drive to the airport;)))
