This hotel was incredible value for money, I think. Had a decent stay for my fifth visit, glad I've chosen it. Very good staff, gave a lot of information.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dark.

Overall it was a fairly nice stay for 2 nights. The room with a view. The location was marvellous and lovely in a modern area, near to the museums, shopping centre and the seaside, the centre of Liverpool near bars and restaurants and the Cavern Quarter. The downstairs bar was lively and the staff were exceptional and pleasant.

The place was great value and pretty standard for a couple of nights. The staff was especially helpful and delivered good service. The property's location was excellent, close to Dock side close to shops. The check-in was very good and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Got complimentary concierge service, that was nice of them.

I had an absolutely spotless room complete with a writing table, coffee, and a hair dryer.

The venue was in a very central location just next door to bars which were all situated close together as well as the center of Liverpool loads of bars and restaurants close by. Marvellous breakfast for the value otherwise BRILLIANT, and the staff was courteous.

As for me, the area was pretty dark.

The place is perfectly good and has magnificent location close to everything spotless. The rooms are beautifully maintained and functional, the beds are comfortable. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

It offers excellent services and incredible value for money. Moreover, guests can use parking close to the hotel. We would book again, thanks for the really unforgettable stay.

Loved the place, had a very special stay for my parents golden wedding. My accommodation was set in a central location really close to Liverpool Waterfront. The downstairs bar was lively!

It's a relaxing base for a couple of nights. It has genuinely helpful staff team on the reservation. Our hotel is set in a central location close enough to all transport, cafes/restaurants, and numerous cafes and restaurants. They have a downstairs bar.

Everything was fairly clean and very good. The staff was very amiable and responsive all the time. I really enjoyed the magnificent location in the very open area. Plus, I was just a short walk away from a vastly entertaining and educational museum. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast, it had light dishes. It's incredible value for money, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on holidays.

The location is amazing and fab, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Victoria. It's set close to the train station. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the so caring staff. The rooms are well-organised and top quality and have splendid views of the Liver building and Liverpool skyline.

Thanks, you are dope! Spotless and cheap rooms with a great view and the location is MARVELLOUS. There is a central heating and television - that's always a plus. The best thing is location - short walk to the centre of town and Liverpool and all interesting sites.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Wanted to explore Liverpool and this venue was comfortable place for doing it. Staff all the time were lovely.

Would recommend for price/quality. The staff were pleasant and the position was perfect. We enjoyed a great view from the room. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. We went to Piccolino, located right by the hotel, to have some dinner.

One could dine at restaurants such as Viva Brazil 5 minutes away. Not the cheapest one but great value for money. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
