Its location is amazing and lovely, just next door to Pier Head. Btw, it's set in a fairly quiet area near to the restaurant as well as the theatre-above.

Fairly clean and fabulous place, free of charge and nice hot breakfast with variety of options. Rooftop restaurant with warm cuisine.

Nice hot breakfasts with the extra amount and superb views of the City, the staff were all in all really excellent. The location was fab, just next door to the historic Carpathia restaurant, pub over road and all attractions and parking.

Fantastic hotel, marvellous location in areas definitely needs refurbishment in places and with magnificent views.

It was a recently renovated suite, we would come here again. The breakfast was good, the location was marvellous. The service was excellent during our stay. Took advantage of wake up calls and ironing, they were free of charge.

My room was spotless and silent with a view of dock as well as a posh bath, and the check-out was late. The breakfast was complimentary and good hot with sausage and pastries, for example, and had all you need.

We had a very nice stay in a long time. We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was luxury and modern, had fantastic location on the roof top restaurant. The breakfast was great with delisious hashbrowns; the staff was very attentive.

We booked a newly remodelled suite with a hot English breakfast. A storage, a kettle, and an iron in the room were useful. The location to say here everything was amazing was good and unbeatable.

The restaurant was very nice for breakfast, I tried amazing dishes. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge were available in kitchenette.

The location was great and fab for traveling around Liverpool, so close to all the attractions. For dinner, we went to Liberte, it was a super close walk to the venue.

The location was great, you can visit Port of Liverpool Building by walking. This hotel was located in a beautiful area.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were not so helpful.

The room was spotless with unbelievable view and reasonably priced. They provided a warm breakfast with the views of Liverpool. The pool area was amazing and the location was marvellous, very close to night life.

Loved our stay. Had good stay of our night out. Its location was indeed brilliant and only 5 minutes walk from The Cavern Club. And it was also close enough to 2 taxis, and the Dock.

The location is stunning and magnificent, right on the outside of the city centre very close to everything. Staff is welcoming and courteous and you can park your car nearby.

Everything was great from staff, who were attentive, to the good location. We had a pleasant room and astonishing views. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Bacaro, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

The bed was comfortable. We booked it before and do recommend it to everyone.
