Had a good 4 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. They offered a huge variety of options for continental breakfast. Very central location of this good all round hotel was a bonus. And the area was lovely quiet, very close to the Alchemist Cocktail Bar & Restaurant, all major attractions and the water front and centre of town.

It has fabulous staff on every shift and brilliant and awesome location, that could not be beaten. Make sure you stay in the double room with balcony.

The bathrooms are quite small.

Spacious bedroom. Free coffee, an iron, and blackout curtains — very useful. Particularly good location, just a walk down to everywhere.

Comfy bedroom. Stunning, beautiful location in the lovely quiet area.

Homey place with thoughtful staff and excellent food. Absolutely perfect setting, in a quiet street. A good restaurant onsite and great views.

Very modern design, exceptional service in the entire hotel. Easy check-in and well-appointed and beautifully presented room with coffee, great decor plus all the essentials. All in all perfect location, just off waterfront, restaurants and pubs.

The place is perfect and lively. English breakfast with superb food. Gorgeous views, excellent service with parking nearby. Particularly good location of the hotel, near to pubs and nightlife, location fabulous, staff friendly, lots of complimentary tea and coffee including hot choc, earl grey and peppermint teas, great value for money.

This was a wonderful small hotel with a central location to nightlife. The bedroom was extremely pleasant and brand-new. The service provided there was excellent.

It offered us brilliant and awesome location right by all the shops bars and restaurant and all attractions, including the Mersey, Museums, Liverpool One and the Cavern Quarter. The breakfast was great with bacon, a banana plus yoghurt, perfect to start our day.

The position of the hotel was good and fab, in the area we wanted. We greatly enjoyed English breakfasts with yoghurt, waffles eggs, bacon.

Unfortunately my room was a little small.

The hotel's position was brilliant and awesome next door to pubs and eateries. The personnel was fabulous and the rooms were clean and absolutely brilliant.

A main street and a theatre are very close to the accommodation, brilliant and awesome location just next door to Liverpool One shopping centre as well as the port of Liverpool. The double room is brilliant and has a hair dryer, a huge window, and an iron.

The accommodation had a very central location easy to access from the ferry terminal.

The location was brilliant and awesome, very close to a harbour and a river. Double room I stayed at was brilliant for all our toiletries. The management was amazing and absolutely amazing, as well as the staff.

The location offered was excellent so close to both the city centre, all the shops and attractions and Very close to lots of bars restaurants. My room was well-appointed and well laid out and the bed was comfortable.

The location in a marvellous position for celebrations. Enjoyed shopping area.

If your plans include exploring the city, I recommend this place. Everything is modern, greatly enjoyed my time here. Flexible staff on reception during the later shift and absolutely perfect location make it a great choice! Furthermore, Liverpool Empire Theatre is just a short stroll away from the hotel. There is a good restaurant for breakfast.

Comfortable modern hotel located in a lovely quiet area very close to clubs and the city centre. High standard and nicely furnished room provided with the Alchemist bar, comfortable beds plus the fluffy dressing gowns which were delivered immediately.

The hotel was in a particularly good position right by Liverpool One shopping centre, the docks, bars, restaurants and St James and Moorfields railway stations, the Beatles shop on the waterfront, and the Albert docks, with all the shops, and train stations and bus station.

They provided a great breakfast with yoghurt and fruit, for example.

It was fully-equipped with a balcony, good enough for holidays. The location was central, really close to a pub that wheeled out three `` tubs '' of glass bottles at 1 am and many other cheap food outlets.

Possibly the best and very lovely stay for our first short visit to Liverpool. Good sized and newly decorated units specifically for the bath and exceptionally nice staff. A magnificent restaurant and a downstairs bar available.

Quaint place, comfortable beds, caring staff. Easy setting for holiday, just next door to shops, all the attractions Liverpool has to offer and a restaurant nextdoor. Again, walking distance to The Cavern Club.

Loved the place, had a real good stay in Liverpool where we stayed at this hotel which is perfectly located and walking distance from all activities. The restaurant was lovely which were open for breakfast before 9am.

the location was brilliant and secure, for example, fact was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. the breakfast was great with a banana, yoghurt plus fruit. the staff was awesome and charming and we enjoyed the downstairs bar.

I booked double room, it was exceptional and complete with extremely well decorated large bathroom, balcony and a terrace. I liked the breakfast experience, the hotel served appetising food. The location was brilliant and easy, at a moderate distance from Kingdom.

Lovely bed and WONDERFUL location. The cavern club is just 800 feet away.
