A superior apartment has basic facilities you need. The breakfast with cocktails is delicious for what is offered. Perfectly located, 15 minutes by foot to St Johns Market.

The rooms with windows open bedroom was very hot. Marvellous and good location and perfect facilities.

This is a high-class and pretty standard hotel in a perfect building. It boasts stunning super central location and themed room. Also, Acc Liverpool is at a medium distance from the venue. The restaurant is very nice, with patient and top-class staff.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

I was upgraded to a well-maintained room with 3 beds.

The room felt very basic and the bathroom was a bit small.

We enjoyed staying 2 nights here. In relation to the amazing price paid, it was exceptional place to stay with exceptional service. The downstairs bar was fabulous and the staff were patient and top-class.

The staff were patient in every interaction we had. Perfectly located just off Liverpool 1 shopping centre and numerous restaurants, good restaurants and so many nice bars, appreciated it. Tried some takeout specials at The Good Catch, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue.

All in all - had a nice sunny 1 night stay. The breakfast was delicious, such variety, with cocktails.

The hotel had a super central position just off so many amazing bars and restaurants, Liverpool 1 and the square, or docks. The staff was patient and top-class, I will never forget them.

As for me, the location was marvellous and fantastic, right by the shopping area of Liverpool 1 and the bar area for the nightlife and shops, bars and train station. Furthermore, Duke Street was nearby.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at attached restaurant with great atmosphere. Separate bathrooms, that included a bathtub. It was perfectly located - only a 5-minute walk to a Beatles museum.

The venue is exceptional and fantastic, its location is amazing, very close to Liverpool One and central train station, the local attractions, shops, bars and restuarants and Liverpool 1 shopping centre. The hotel is perfectly located close to all the shop's. There's The Good Catch offering takeout within easy walking distance of the venue.

Very knowledgeable, thoughtful personal at the reception and how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. Absolutely perfect setting in the particularly good area, short walk to waterfront and Liverpool One shops and restaurants and Liverpool for work. Delightful food in the restaurants such as Maray, located 5 min away.

Marvellous location, it's set just next door to restaurants, Quayside, shops and museums, and all the attractions, transport and restaurants. Will be back, loved our stay at the hotel.

The superior apartment is brand-new and top-notch. The location is fantastic and stunning, it's adjacent to great bars and centre of town quiet.

We ate at a nice restaurant with great atmosphere. The location was marvellous in the pretty comfortable area. Plus, a Beatles museum was located in the immediate surroundings.

The room was large, and the bed was very comfy, will be back. The food was reasonably priced and fantastic. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and were around whole time. The service was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. Could leave our car under ground.

Well, it was an enjoyable stay for our first wedding. Its location was central, near Neptune Theatre.

It was in an incredible and brilliant location near Neptune Theatre. It also was in the centre of Liverpool. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators in the superior apartment was nice.

The total stay was very enjoyable for our first wedding. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, because a bus station was based near the hotel. Restaurants, restaurants and bars next door had fab meals😀
