Food was superb, stuff was accommodating and incredibly nice. Had air-conditioned superior queen room with comfortable mattress, a separate bathroom and a sink or bin. An electric kettle and refrigerators worked well.

The stay here was very relaxing, really enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with particularly good and absolutely perfect location right by the Newcastle airport Novoted, shopping restarants music venues and museums and Liverpool One, the Royal Albert Docks and loads of close by places to eat and drink. Super-friendly staff, answered all questions. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was first-class. Besides, we parked nearby.

Gorgeous and bright accommodation with stunning setting just off the walking street shops and the main shops, and bars/restaurants. Great modern room with a kettle, luggage storage, and a coffeemaker, and very comfy bed. Fabulous views of the cathedral and a modern design.

The hotel was centrally situated next to the town centre and the docks as well as restaurants as Bars.

Pity, but the views appeared to be not so great and the beds were too hard.

Bright pet-friendly place, it has marvellous location right by train stations, bars/restaurants, shopping and walking distance from the docks as well as central Liverpool at a competitive price. Staff is accommodating and amazingly nice and you can park your car nearby.

Fairly clean and bright hotel, views are absolutely fabulous, location is amazing to get to the Central Railway station. It has a delicious vegetarian breakfast and accommodating and amazingly nice staff. It's centrally located just a short stroll away from an Emigration gallery. The service is first-class, includes discounted parking.

The superior twin room I stayed in was well-equipped with great bathroom. The breakfast was fresh made with vegetarian option and nicely served by Sei Ha, for instance, the best I had in Liverpool. The hotel was centrally located close enough to easy walking distance of Lime Street Station, Liverpool for a family wedding, and centre of life.

Good looking and well laid out units with 2 adults 2 children. Had very excellent a flat-screen television, luggage storage, and coffee. Only a 15-minute walk from the train station.

The staff were accommodating and amazingly nice and offered us an air-conditioned room however for a family with older children. The hotel was actually perfect and centrally located close to the museums and docks, bars/restaurants and dozens of lovely restaurants.
