Ideal location in a residential area, very close to Liverpool city centre, and transport to city centre.

It's fairly large family-friendly hotel, everything is really good here. The lovely and plentiful breakfast offers excellent food: coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereals.

Comforts of new-fashioned and en suite standard double room with good size desk to work from were fabulous. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and incredibly nice and the location was unbeatable close to a railway station.

The room was en suite and I had a gorgeous and plentiful breakfast. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was outstanding with a wide range of options.

Family room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great and easy easy to locate straight into Liverpool city centre, within 200 metres of the subway.

Perfect and excellent setting, so close to City Centre by train as well as supermarket near by. Besides, excellent for visiting Tardis Police Box.

It's spotless and huge with clean bathrooms. This hotel has a great location near the train station.

The hotel was in a residential location outside of the centre of Liverpool. Lucky that it was just a short walk away from The Peeps Fast Food, offering food to go.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of superb meals. Had good sleep at the standard queen room with great big bathroom again spotlessly clean.

Stayed for 2 nights in this well-maintained and great value place, liked that. The service was excellent and the food was fabulous. Moreover, parking was on-site. It was in a peaceful location in a lovely neighbourhood. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from Christ Church.

Clean, well run family hotel, I loved charming little rooms and efficient staff. The location was ideal, specially it was close to a train station which was useful. Everything met needs and I had a fine stay for my business trip.

Our rooms where huge and neat here with smart TV, biscuits, for example. The hotel was in a marvellous and decent location, near a train station. Also, the area was really quiet.

Think I would definitely return here. The hotel is wonderful small with a nice interior and enthusiastic staff. The location of the property in Liverpool is great and easy, adjacent to Liverpool centre, the main motorways and Crosby Beach.

Lovely welcoming hotel in an extremely clean traditional style building. Easy, particularly good location very close to Ollie and Hardy cafe which was brilliant, very nice people, clean, and value for money and the train station.

Everyone was very amiable and attentive as well as owner. The location was peaceful, minute walk from some of the amazing attractions Liverpool has to offer.

The hotel was in the residential setting in a lovely neighbourhood. Further, it was next to taking approx 15/20mins, common areas, and Goodison Park.

Its location near supermarket was good and absolutely perfect. The workers were exceptionally pleasant.

The weather was really warm, had very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the family king room and all facilities in it. The location was brilliant and handy in a good area, close enough to Crosby Beach, supermarket near by and local train station. Apart from that, St Paul was 5 minutes away by driving.

Had VERY PLEASANT stay for short visit. The hotel was set in a residential area near Liverpool and the common areas and transport. The facilities were very good too.

The venue was in a residential location adjacent to Liverpool as well as the train station. Apart from that, Odeon was 5 minutes' drive away.

The hotel was beautifully designed and simple and in a residential location. In general the service was terrific.

The location close to the train station is easy. There is nearby Street Food Diner Bus to grab some food for the dinner.

Large room, large bed and best bathroom. Residential location, not too far from St John & st James. Found in the very quiet area.

Unattentive staff!

The location in a quiet residential area was incredible and brilliant! And we were near Crosby Beach, the centre and taxi.

Exceptional service, parking onsite. Plentiful breakfast with plenty of choices. Location not far from Liverpool, trains and buses, the centre of Liverpool.

Good sized room, incredible breakfast. In the evening we visited The Vale Bar it was nearby...

We enjoyed our 2 nights here. Besides, the property had free WiFi. Located in a living area.

Next to world museum liverpool, 10 minutes' walk to rice lane train station. 5 min drive from anfield.

Free WiFi was a great addition.
