I booked a twin room, it was stylish and had a big window and an iron. The bed was comfy and appreciated my spotless bathroom.

Huge & tidy hotel, its location is perfect and incredible short walk to train station and theatre, the shops and pubs, and the city centre, train station and coach station.

As we remember, there was no lift.

Exceptional very good budget place, it has perfect and magnificent location close enough to lime Street train station and St John's shopping complex and bold Street, all the bar's and shops, and train station and centre of Liverpool. This hotel offers free and inexpensive breakfasts with black pudding and Instant coffee, for instance. A nice size room on the duvet, has Wi-Fi. Extremely helpful and very attentive staff like a doorman, everything is very comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed how modern and fancy the property was and its outstandingly accommodating staff on night shift so helpful a credit to the hotel.

My twin room was airy & modern. The breakfast was inexpensive with mushrooms, toast and orange juice, and the restaurant's offer was fabulous.

This was an excellent location very close to the City Centre with all the shops and restaurants, all the attractions and nightlife that Liverpool has to offer and theatres.

The staff are understanding and the location is marvellous between 2 train stations making getting around very convienient. Furthermore, it's next to all the shops, train station and centre of Liverpool and the center of the city.

The economy quadruple room I stayed in was a nice size and well-kept with a window looking out into like a yard or something. Enjoyed fresh decor, plus a storage, coffee, and a safe box were at a high level. Hospitable personnel like a doorman and the breakfast offered was free.

Magnificent location also near bus stop where arrive buses from the airport, in the entertainment area. Decent base for one night. Airy & modern unit with good lighting as well as the bedroom.

The rooms were functional and contemporary, included a storage space, a radiator, and tea/coffee. The bathroom was luxury, with a bath.

Everything was modern, including amiable staff on night shift. The triple room we stayed in were functional with very comfortable beds. The location of the property was marvellous and incredible, next to everything.

Liked the stay, it was very nice on an overnight visit. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a shopping area, not far from the shopping malls, bars, pubs, and restaurants, Albert Dock, Cavern and shops and bars great experience.

Comfortable quiet rooms, stunning very central location.

The breakfast was great with toast, coffee included and tea/coffee, the staffing teams were efficient and amiable. Its location was stunning, so close to a platform, the prime shopping area and all the pubs, clubs, shopping.

Got the same economy quadruple room with big grey beds etc booked online, loved that. The location was perfect and magnificent: shopping centres and fabulous shops were within walking distance.

It was a marvellous and lovely location for us, not far from all bars and restaurants, a fantastic shopping centre, with plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs, and a Spanish beach resort.

Nice stay, brilliant place for one night. Marvellous location close to the centre of things, and 15 minute walk from The Beatles Story Museum. Also - near the restaurant, and other attractions.

The property was stylish with easy going staff like a doorman, I truly enjoyed the stay. There were comfortable beds and an iron and tea/coffee in the economy double room. It was reasonably priced and included a luxury bathroom.

This place is absolutely brilliant for one night, would recommend. The breakfast is lovely, and the location is unbeatable not far from train station and empire theatre brilliant location, many bars and restrurants and shops, pubs, restaurants. The hotel offers compact rooms with bathroom as well as a fan. The staff is understanding and polite, they ensure you have a nice time here. Excellent service and the food is fab.

Had 1 night in Liverpool, spending my time here lovely. Booked well furnished room that was nt cleaned or beds not changed. It was in an elegant building with great view.

The staff were efficient and amiable and had a sense of humour. The location was fab, to the prime shopping area with easy access to shopping centres and fabulous shops. Also, A 450-ft-High Observation Tower was a stone’s throw away.

Lovely little hotel, it's the best 3-star experience I ever had. The staff are extremely helpful and very attentive, they keep the place tidy. The service is excellent, includes easy to access parking. Besides, you can park your car nearby.

Got a nice size room with 4 beds as expected, really enjoyed it. Had perfect and excellent location to everything you could ask for, very close to Jeffs of Bold Street.

Overall had very lovely stay for a weekend or short stay. The location in a very convenient area was magnificent and incredible and there were shopping centres and fabulous shops nearby. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

It was near the lobby/restaurant, the lively bars and the city centre, decent location overall. Besides, Nelson Monument was 1 km away from the property. This was exactly the twin room I wanted in Liverpool.

Here I spent 1 night and enjoyed being in this place. The hotel's position was perfect, very close to both the train stations. The staff were superfriendly and welcoming and knew how to help.

I had the economy quadruple room which was cheap and immaculate. The location of the hotel was central, next to the centre, and town center. I had some drinks at Cuisine de rue, positioned 100 metres away.

As for me, the area was really loud.

Great location, modern rooms and loyal personnel. The beds are very comfy. 10 mins walk to the centre.

The location was good, with Bakchich Bold Street nearby, where we could eat. Quiet room overall: )
