Fabulous hotel, very central location right in the city centre, unobtrusive staff, lovely bar area. Spotless and well soundproofed room with a spacious bathroom, family atmosphere.

The staff was very very nice and really kind and the place was fairly clean. The service was fantastic, including a quick check-in. Although WiFi cost me gbp 8 per 24 hours, it was good to have it.

A lot of good food for meals. Wonderful and incredible location, to everything it was situated.

The room was not cleaned or fresh towels and available with comfortable beds. The food was outstanding and the bar was lovely.

There were air conditioner, an iron, and a work desk in my double room, liked it. The view was great here. Hotel's location was perfect and magnificent, close to so many good bars & restaurants.

The location of the hotel is magnificent, just next door to Albert Dock and also Liverpool One shopping centre, all attractions, restaurants, shops and bars and the city centre. The staff are top-class and helpful, they keep the place exceptionally clean. Top-class, brand-new room complete with iron and modern interior.

The attached restaurant is wonderful, it has savoury dishes. We would recomand it to all as staying here was good.

Nicely appointed and big size hotel. The location incredible and amazing close to the waterfront. And just next door to Christmas markets, Restaurants, bars, shopping and Lime Street Train Station, the maritime museum, Beatles story and the slave museum and the train station. Amazing meal at attached restaurant.

I was offered an excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients. The stuff was top-class, the room was brand-new.

The place was fairly clean and staff were amicable, I liked best possible location. I had double room which was exceptional, very comfy bed. Hotel's food was savoury and there is Neighbourhood close by. Everything was very good, I would recomand.
