Would definitely recommend to anyone. Spotless place, staff are incredibly nice, location is good and fantastic. The hotel provides a perfect service.

We got a room with a bathtub. All of the staff were pleasant, nice. The location offered was marvellous and fab not far from the restaurant, a night club, and the city centre. Moreover, Robert Dundas was around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue.

The staff were amiable, everything was lovely during our stay.

Absolutely perfect and immaculate room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Clean bathrooms with a bathtub. Early check-in, parking on-site.

The service was brilliant with parking onsite.

This hip new hotel stands out for its modern design. Brilliant location short walk to the alleyway right in front of the window, a cafe which was good, and public transport, train station, it's very central.

I asked for apartment with a really comfortable double bed, all the amenities and bedroom, had a really great stay. The location was fab in walking distance of the bars. Brilliant service, even though a few employees were terrible.

Airy, tidy room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer, and free toiletries.

New building and rooms with couch. Very central location, comfortable place for discovering Liverpool.

The staff are affable and superbly friendly, giving their best to make the stay a really lovely experience. The location of the hotel is magnificent, near to the nearest bars as well as Liverpool's.

Stayed here for 4 nights and liked our choice. The room we booked was big and bright, with all the amenities, downstairs bedroom, for instance. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and incredible, to all touristy attraction in Liverpool centre.

The area was really loud.

It was tidy, good enough for short stay. The stuff was accommodating and pleasant and always on disposal. The location was excellant and fantastic, adjacent to shopping/tourist events/ Christmas market/eateries and close links to public transport, train station, in a good area.

My family and I enjoyed being there. I spent 3 nights in studio suite with a bath. The location down the alleyway right in front of the window was magnificent.

Brilliant location of the hotel to use the bus as everything is walking distance. Close enough to nightlife, the alleyway right in front of the window, and Mathew Street.

Got studio suite on the beds or towels in the bathroom when arrived, really enjoyed that. Essentials that you need, such as a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron, were there. The staff was all superfriendly.

The staff were polite at all times, the rooms was a nice size and bright. The location was perfect and nice, just 5 min walk from The Cavern Club. The hotel was in a good area, next to the world museum, clubs and bars, and shops/centre.

The deluxe apartment didn't seem appealing on photos but it was neat with a bath.

Central heating, iron and ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room and the comfy bed. Early check-in, perfect and exceptionally nice location not far from restaurants and shops as well as the center.

Really enjoyed Liverpool, the hotel was nice in a good area. The apartment was clean with all the facilities a family would need. The very central location and great and nice staff were the highlight of this really great stay.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location adjacent to Mathew Street and shops / centre. Also, an Emigration gallery was located only 1 km away, could easily get there. Enjoyed a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave in the room. There was kitchen.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family members, had a really lovely stay. Got the same studio suite on the beds or towels in the bathroom booked online, liked that.

The hotel had great location really close to the world museum and pubs, bars. We had lunch at nearby Barton Rouge, tried their fast food options. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment with bedroom, fans plus enough towels. It was bright and everything was great.

Had perfect room with private bathroom and air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Supper friendly and affable staff who were always there to help.

The hotel was in the very central setting opposite a night club. Plus, I went to see The Cavern Club nearby.

My favourite property in Liverpool. Spotless place, reasonable prices, kind staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, brilliant location in the heart of the city. Also - just off the shops, Liverpool and bars.

Would recomand the place. The location is stunning, 1 km from Tate Liverpool. It is found in a good area near transport, shops, bars and restaurants.

Had essentials needed in the apartment, including an electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my private bathroom. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of a night club.

We were offered a spotless and light room for the sofa bed, everything was fine.

The room we had was spotless and bright and complete with couch and bedroom. An electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware were a plus. The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from a Beatles museum.

Its location was very central, 300 metres from Kingdom.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated tidy room. Its city view and accommodating and funny staff were the key features...

we only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was good.

I loved this brand-new hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The rooms were decent equipped with downstairs bedroom and a bath plus all the facilities. The staff were pleasant and kind and kept the place spotless.

The hotel was spotless and had informative staff. My room was bright and perfect with a bath, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Took a walk around city centre, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
