The room I booked was spotless and fashionable with the WiFi signal, a 55 " smart TV, for instance as expected. Brilliant service was provided here.

It's well decorated with reasonably spacious bathrooms.

When we checked in, deluxe king room with large windows was ready.

The room is new-fashioned and cheap, comes with a bath and a good en-suite bathroom.

I enjoyed the staff, they are cool. It's fantastic with fine beds and lovely views.

The staff are amazing and the rooms are excellent. The location is great and it is really close to the phoenix good wishes for the future, the city centre, and both Liverpool and Everton FC grounds. There is Moonlight Takeaway serving quick meals 15 mins walk from the hotel. A nice touch is also the relaxing beverages in the outdoor bar.

The deluxe double room was cheap, included an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card. A bath was reasonably spacious and everything was modern. The team provided a good service.

We enjoyed the convenience of the deluxe queen room available with coffee, decent shower plus a window which happened to be in the basement.

There is a wide array of good food for breakfast.

Everything was great, appreciated our truly memorable stay. The location was great, very near the port, the view was lovely, too. One of the dining options, Home Taste, was 25 mins walk away.

We got a spotless room and brilliant service. The setting was stunning, near the centre, the center of Liverpool and a pub that has live music.

The hotel is gorgeous, it has really helpful and very attentive staff and an outdoor bar. The deluxe double room is stylish, we also greatly enjoyed particularly nice views. Private bathroom is good-sized.

The staff was excellent plus the location was perfect and exceptionally nice. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. The deluxe queen room I got was complete with balloons and a fan plus a window which happened to be in the basement.

Enjoyed Liverpool, the hotel was pleasant and beautifully decorated in a local cafe. Private bathrooms, that included a bath. Its location was unbeatable and brilliant, next to city centre, the beer garden and Anfield football ground. I often went to Mcdonald's to pick up some food. Moreover, parking was right outside.
