Fairly clean hotel in a really clean building next to one shopping centre and Albert Dock which is fantastic and lots of eating places in the surrounding area, bars and road and Liverpool in the summer holidays. Marvellous and incredible location quite a walk from Concert Square. Comfortable modern room with lovely beds, good offer. Beautifully decorated bathroom, super-friendly and accommodating staff on the reception desk.

The location was good because it was next to bars and road directly outside, shops, art galleries, bars, pubs and restaurants and all the main attractions. Also, it was only a short distance to Concert Square and other tourist spots. The room was comfortable modern and well priced and had a lovely bed.

Everything was good, I truly enjoyed my stay. The location of the property was great, in a fantastic setting. I usually went to The Good Catch to grab a bite. The single room was beautifully designed in beds, so that guests had essentials. The employees were amazingly nice and accommodating all the time.

The hotel had marvellous and absolutely perfect location next to the bars and shopping, lots of eating places in the surrounding area and shops. Spent our evenings in nearby The Monro Gastropub enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Amazing location in the pretty nice area, really close to restaurants and bars within a reasonable walk of the docks as well as the closest shop was for paracetamol. Plenty of fine food at breakfast time.

Liked how modern and luxury the property was and its amiable staff on the reception desk. We stayed in the double room, it was compact and the bed was comfy.

It is quirky place to stay, the food is fine, and location is stunning in the heart of the city. The room is unique and neat in beds, everything is great. Pleasant staff provides a good service.

It was in a very central location, in the heart of the city. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Mei Mei that is only 5 minutes' walk away. The room was functional and well priced, had smoke detectors for the safety.

We liked this stay. We have stayed in this luxurious hotel for 1 night, everything was perfect, the location was incredible close to the bars for the evening.

By and large, it was luxury place with accommodating staff on the reception desk. The location was particularly good and perfect - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Being an easy walk to Il Forno was nice, we had dinner there.

The single room that we stayed in was compact and cool. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everything was good. The location of the hotel was decent - within walking distance of an old-school club.

A cool hotel, my first choice in Liverpool. I loved the single room with balcony, the air con, for instance. The staff was approaching, pleasant with every request. The location was marvellous and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Liverpool Cathedral. And only 15 minutes walking to downtown.
