Fabulous food as for continental breakfast. The room is well-equipped and well-kept with a great view. Location - excellent next to Anfield, the center of liverpool and surrounding areas.

The continental breakfast is complementary with lack of attention and a sandwich, for instance.

The room is a bit cramped.

The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean, lovely sized and functional rooms. Great and stunning location just next door to train stations and main tourist spots, visitor attractions, and all shops, and incredible service. Plus, not too far from a vastly entertaining and educational museum. Comfortable bedroom.

Impressive hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was nice and welcoming. The suite was functional and had a spacious bathroom.

This location was good, adjacent to easy walk from the train station, and several excellent cafes in Dale and Water Street which are within two or three minutes' walk. The facilities in the double room were clean nice, beds were very comfy.

The food was outstanding, with plenty of options. Booked double room with free spa access. The hotel had good and fab location just next door to Cavern Club, everything, the docks, the Cavern and even the shopping area and the Koukash Bar.

This well known hotel had particularly good views. The attached restaurant and lovely bar, we greatly enjoyed them.

Everything was great, including informative and obliging staff especially the young receptionist and the doorman. Marvellous position was an added bonus. Set really close to a park and a river, it was a plus.

The room was new-fashioned and neat with jacuzzi, a shower, as example, we felt like at home. The breakfast was satisfactory with options for everyone, and the food was fantastic.

The hotel is definitely recommended to friends. The rooms are airy and include an electric kettle and a fridge. It has stunning, incredible setting, close to shops, bars and restaurants, town centre, and The Cavern Club.

It was a wonderful place, had informative staff at the reception desk. The setting was fab, right by the restaurant or the bar, Liverpool's shops, bars and restaurants, and Yorkshire as a ‘ Melting Moment'. All the services were excellent. The double room I got was complete with a good sized bath and the hairdryer plus extra's. The staff was pleasant and exceptional, and requests were handled quickly. It had very central location close to a victorian museum😀

All in all, it's impressive place that has nice and welcoming staff at the reception desk. The restaurant food is brilliant, and the breakfast offered is good with hashbrowns cooked to order and full English varieties.

I must comment on its very central location - it was magnificent. You can eat in restaurants and bars.

Quiet and delightful place, it has kind staff at the reception desk. The hotel offers fab location very close to the centre. 1 km away there is Mersey Kebab Shop, serving quick meals.

cavern club is just 1 km away, we could easily reach it. we were happy to find the vernon arms 500 m away, where we could eat.
