Budget and new-fashioned room, everything was great. The setting was fab, adjacent to Liverpool for the football, Anfield Stadium- nice breakfast included- grocery and city centre with cheap and handy taxi service.

The whole building was fairly clean and had a family atmosphere. The hotel's position was perfect, close to bus stops. Tried some takeout specials at Mcdonald's, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The bed was a little hard in this place.

It's perfect and fairly clean hotel, has perfect location to Liverpool downtown. It has amicable, outstandingly accommodating staff.

We walked everywhere, the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, easy to get to city centre. We got a room with a bathtub.

Got the same beautifully maintained twin room with a kitchen booked online, greatly enjoyed that. Central heating, iron and ironing board, and multi-channel television were a very nice touch.

Really clean building and rooms with a kitchen.

Everything was fine as expected, yet the bathroom was very dated. Comfortable and perfect location, the staff were patient. There was café Corner Cafe, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel. I stayed here during the trip and truly enjoyed it.

Overall it was nicely decorated and a nice size, with a separate bathroom. Liked the location to shops locally. Also, we where 2 km from popular place such as a parish church.

The room was well decorated and reasonably large with a kitchen, a TV, for example as described. Café was perfect for a breakfast.

The location was comfortable and perfect and I could use free parking onsite. Had some takeaway meals at Hello Pizza Uk, set close to the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Everything at this brand-new hotel was fine as we expected. The staff were both amazing friendly and helpful.

I want to say thanks for an excellant experience, would stay here again. Everything is great, I loved it. The place to order dinner around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Akshaya. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.

The location was marvellous and perfect and the staff were accommodating. The rooms were budget, with central heating, an ironing set and a satellite TV, comfy bed.
