I really enjoyed the hotel. Nice staff did a great job. Suite was warm, the beds were comfy. The location was great and amazing - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. The area was perfect very close to the centre of Liverpool, Liverpool and city center.

all in all, it was ideal base for travelling to liverpool. even the liverpool john lennon airport was not so far, 19 minutes drive away.

The staff was a bit rude.

Stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. The room was clean and the facilities included central heating, an iron and ironing board. The stuff where amiable and provided help. The location was particularly good and comfortable, near to the centre, Liverpool and city center...

The setting was poor.
