Came here for 3 night stay, had a comfortable experience. The staff were very amiable, had a great attitude. Twin/double room was wonderful and incredible. The location was great as for me, short walk to liverpool, the city centre, and the pub. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Trafalgar Square. I liked to be in this place.

Loved my 2 nights stay. My dormitory room was wonderful. The bathroom had a hot tub, which was great. Overall the staff was fairly friendly and exceptionally nice.

Enjoyed our particularly good and absolutely brilliant rooms, plus the staff was exceptionally nice. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met the purpose.

Everyone was accommodating as well as host. It was really comfortable stay, I did not want to leave there and would return here...
