Clean place with marvellous breakfasts. Helpful staff, well decorated, reasonably large rooms with lovely bathroom. Unbeatable and particularly good location just next door to the ferry for Liverpool, and buses to Birkenhead and Chester, the river and the closest restaurant / nightlife, and perfect service. Great and fabulous coffee, tea, toast, and cereals.

Spotless unit with a lovely view, lovely bathroom and large shower. A great selection of brilliant food for meals.

The double room was bright, included coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a seating area. Lots of meals for breakfast, it was marvellous and sensational. The location was perfect and convenient, walk from a river and a park. Terrific service was provided. The staff were fabulously helpful and excellent at all times.

The room was bright and I had a marvellous and sensational breakfast. Incredibly helpful staff and the stay was really comfortable on a Friday night. The location in a perfect area was perfect and comfortable and there were a local shop and shops nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mercat Bar. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and will be back.

This place was ideal for our purposes, would recomand. Spent our time lovely in this well-run hotel. The staff were amicable, provided us with perfect services. The location was ideal, within walking distance of Northern Quarter bars. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

The location was marvellous as it was within walking distance to a ferry port.

All in all everything was nice, had a quite comfortable stay on a Friday night. I was offered a room with exceptional views of the Liverpool skyline.

The staff were accommodating and the setting was perfect and good. It took only 5 minutes to walk to St Pauls Road bus stop. The room was spotless with a lovely view, lovely bathroom, as for instance, at least for me.

The hotel's location was comfortable on how to best make use of the public transport. Besides, it was very close to Ferry across the Mersey, Hamilton Square railway station and the ferry port. Bed was very very clean, room was spotless and well decorated. We liked the food, it was great.

I had a bright double room with a great view of river. There was comfortable bed, coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a seating area. The location was marvellous and convenient, just off Close to Ferry port. Again, Seacombe Ferry Terminal was metres from the hotel.

That hotel was in an ideal and easy location, to get into town on public transport. Btw, it was within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle.

The bedroom was large and nicely decorated. Its location was absolutely perfect, very close to the ferry port, and in a perfect area. Also, it was the best place to enjoy St Chad's.

Amazing breakfasts with toast. Perfect setting, close enough to which is also the terminus for Wirral, the ferry terminal and bus stop and Liverpool. Not too far from Spaceport and other tourist attractions.

The hotel had an unbeatable and particularly good location just next door to Spaceport. Moreover, it's just off trains and the Belfast ferry and also the Mersey ferry. Nothing too much trouble, had a VERY COMFORTABLE stay for the weekend.

Well-maintained and fairly clean place, exceptional view of the Liverpool skyline. Perfect and magnificent location within walking distance to main attractions and a ferry port. In the perfect area with pubs and restaurants walking distance to the hotel.

The rooms are well decorated and spotless and have exceptional view of the Liverpool skyline. The positives include unbeatable location and parking on site.

All good — we truly enjoyed this friendly family run hotel — the food was fabulous and the staff were excellent. The king room was bright, everything was pleasant. The bed seemed comfortable and it was fairly clean all around. The location was perfect and easy, just next door to transport links, the ferry for Liverpool, and buses to Birkenhead and Chester, and the ferry terminal, and the view was great. Also, it was located metres from St Paul's Church.

the total stay was really comfortable for the weekend. the convenient location was only a short distance to seacombe ferry terminal. besides, i was walk from a river and a park.

Excellent, good location to the skyline of Liverpool. And next to the centre, Birkenhead, and the ferry for Liverpool, and buses to Birkenhead and Chester.

All the rooms are reasonably large and spotless with lovely bathroom and the staff is excellent. It is in absolutely perfect and comfortable location to Mathew Street, set close to the hotel.
