Stunning setting, near to the centre of Liverpool. Plus, 10 minutes drive from an art museum. Gorgeous family room with comfy beds, family atmosphere. Lots of supplies in the room: an electric kettle, an iron, and a work desk.

Travelled with my dog, spent 1 night here and had a very nice stay. The staff were attentive in every interaction I had. Fab food for breakfast, loved it.

The hotel was quiet and excellent, and I appreciated it. The staff were very efficient at all times, the rooms was tastefully decorated and large. The setting was exceptionally nice, close to other restaurants and bars, and Waterloo Metro station. After long day I visited Mercat Bar for a couple of drinks. The stay was absolutely special.

The staff were nice and the rooms were impeccably clean and huge.

The place was fairly clean with attentive staff members. The rooms were new-fashioned and spotless, had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. It included a comfy bed and a private bathroom. Food was tasty and I have nothing but very special memories from this trip.

Only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this quiet and excellent hotel. The personnel were attentive and caring. The location was lovely, not too far from a sandy beach. It was about 25 km from the airport. Our experience here was special.

Location: the hotel was near to the lake, Liverpool and the beach. There was Just Kebab nearby to grab something to eat. I was happy, the family room I booked came with comfortable bed, the bedroom and sofa. The food was savoury and the staff were efficient and caring.

Had a triple room with sofa and the bedroom plus comfortable bed and I really enjoyed it.
