Quaint place to stay in Liverpool, everything was perfect. I loved the room and its great decor. The staff were amiable lot of time.

The hotel offers butter and jam in the morning. Thank you for the stay in this place - would come here again.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, coffee and a TV. The breakfast included coffee, butter, and jam for everyone.

Its location was perfect, very close to Liverpool and The green house in particular and Sefton Park which is a beautiful place. My room was big and huge overlooking garden.

Its location was marvellous and perfect to anywhere in the city or outskirts. And we were just off Liverpool and The green house in particular, and the local pubs The Brookhouse.

Accommodation was fabulous and spotless, rooms were large. All the staff was amicable, settled my issues. I liked butter and jam in the morning. The location in a local area was good and ideal. Sefton Park district was worth staying in. I came here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay.

Good experience there. The hotel was amazing and clean in a domestic area. Plenty of food for breakfast including coffee, butter and jam. Neat room with coffee and tea/coffee, and great bed. Amicable staff throughout.

A stunningly beautiful property, spotless, marvellous and perfect location in taxi or nice 45 minutes stroll. Individually decorated units with books as well as tea, and amiable staff. Plenty of options for breakfast including chocolate, butter and jam. Very enjoyable stay, as always.

Everyone working at this fabulous hotel was amicable. The room was perfectly clean and huge with a comfortable bed when upgraded. An ironing set, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV were a bonus. The property had good and perfect location so close to Liverpool and The green house in particular, the garden and Sefton Park. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Music.

It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including butter and jam. The location was ideal, really close to Sefton Park which is a beautiful place, the local pubs The Brookhouse, and Liverpool One. Pizzeria Express Pizza was located 10 minutes walk away.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met every demand, recommend it. Had a very enjoyable stay with my friend, we spent 2 nights here, everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and overall the room was individually decorated and neat. Liked hot chocolate, butter, and jam at breakfast.

There were very comfy beds and an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV set inside the room. Jam and butter were better than expected. It was in a marvellous location a minute walk from Church of st Clare.
