All of the staff were accommodating, friendly. Booked a triple room with central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making equipment. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

the staff was accommodating and brilliant, so i would definitely book again. thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay. location: the hotel was right by city centre and liverpool.
