We had the double room and it was cheap. There was very clean bed, a storage space and big windows. The location was magnificent there, near the town. Staff were helpful and caring.

Amazing location near the city centre. Also - just next door to The Albert Dock, with lots of restaurants and attractions as well as Liverpool council.

The room itself was well furnished and well-appointed here with the bedroom and a great view. The staff was flexible all that time.

All of the staff members were accommodating and efficient. The rooms were great-sized and nicely furnished here with iron and excellent facilities.

Our double room was nicely furnished, good-sized. It had very good facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The helpful and caring staff members provided a few recommendations. The location was magnificent and stunning very close to the conference centre, great for for what we needed.

This hotel was located in a very central area near to the restaurant, the car parking, and the centre of Liverpool. Didn't like when it was chilly outside, went to Mcdonald's to relax and grab some food.

The hotel itself was crowded, nonetheless it had wonderfully friendly staff.

Truly enjoyed the twin room we had. A freezer and a microwave were available too. The hotel's position was marvellous and brilliant, on the waterfront good.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location is incredible and handy, close to everything. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Black Lodge Brewing with nice drinks. There is a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges. The staff is being pleasant. Overall good facilities, there's free parking.

There were fantastic facilities and views, and everything was very clean.

We loved our stay. 20 mins walk to the centre. There's Kfc - Chaloner Street serving quick orders really close to the hotel.

Room had a wide array of facilities, including a storage, a lounge area and a kitchen. Great base for a trip in Liverpool! Location met expectations. We cant wait to go back, no complains at all.
