It deserves its 3 stars. Hotel was quiet, we thoroughly enjoyed the city view from our single room. In addition, free Wi-Fi was useful: )

Right place for exploring Liverpool. Spent our time here nicely. We had a twin room, and we appreciated it. Its service was friendly too. The location was nice...
