A lovely hotel in Liverpool with fantastic staff who stepped in along with a different lady who came on shift.

Classic king room with a jacuzzi bath was the best. The location was stunning - so close to tourist attractions, all the restaurants, and the library.

The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and trendy with next bedrooms and lovely spa bath. The location was incredible central to city centre very good location. Roof top bar was great.

All the staff members are thoughtful and extremely friendly. Brand-new rooms come with kitchen, a jacuzzi plus a15ft bed.

It was incredible stay, I didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely come back. The place was gorgeous and restaurant was nice. The location was marvellous and lovely, close to a sculpture gallery. The roof top bar was superb and the drinks were complementary.

The hotel was luxury and exceptionally clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was stunning near a casino.

We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. The location was marvellous and fab yet it was next to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. It was next to Sultan's Palace, where you can have dinner.

The excellent staff made a good impression. Greatly enjoyed how the triple room with double bed was arranged when we arrived.

Really enjoyed the room with 4 king size beds, my bed was amazing. The location was magnificent - next to nightlife, shops and city centre and tourist attractions. Besides, the hotel was not too far away from The Cavern Club.

Found in a busy area short walk to shops restaurants and attractions, the Cavern Club and other local points of interest and the centre of Liverpool.

The breakfast is free of charge, I liked coffee and tea. The service is excellent with private parking available and high quality meals.

Perfect hotel, it has lovely views and excellent location right in the centre of everything. Offers spotlessly clean and trendy rooms with luxurious design. The bed is extremely comfy.

Our room was budget and trendy, equipped with a romantic feel, a comfy couch, for example.

The people were thoughtful and excellent, will exceed the expectations. The room was brand-new and equipped with the style of a 1970's brothel and the shower.

Particularly good location minutes from a national gallery, liked it. There were shopping malls and all the main shops around the hotel. The restaurant here was good for breakfast and evening meal, we both ordered tasty dishes.

Marvellous location next to bars and restaurants, train station and centre of ceiling, it's very central. They have complementary beverages in the rooftop bar. I recommend this hotel, it's impeccably clean.

The room was huge and had the best bathroom. There was lots of options for breakfast, including coffee and tea, I appreciated it.

We will be back when visiting Liverpool. Make sure you stay in the classic double room with a huge bath and tea. The rate is £ 730, satisfied. Our hotel is set in a very central location close enough to the airport and Liverpool and bars.

The hotel's location was very central, in the city centre. Also, an Emigration gallery was 2 km away.

The suite was trendy with a comfy couch, spa bath and hairdryer. The food was splendid and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. The location was marvellous and stunning for walking around Liverpool One Shopping Complex.

I asked for suite and it was themed. This location was brilliant and best possible, close enough to shops, bars and the train station.

The room was both sumptuous and neat with coffee as well as a cork from a bottle.

Would definitely return here when in Liverpool, we didn't want to leave. The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the nice building with pleasant staff.

The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to Anfield as well as bars. We did not want to leave there and would not hesitate to return there.

Its location not too far from International Slavery Museum was stunning.

The venue was nicely decorated, I liked the location close enough to train station as well as Liverpool, and city views.

That was perfect hotel set in lovely area, near to the centre of Liverpool, shops and the restaurant. A hair dryer, a spa bathtub and bath sheets were a plus. The location was incredible and stunning, near Liverpool Playhouse. Staying at the property was great, I would come here again.

It was a perfect 10/10 stay, nicely decorated place. The staff were accommodating and affable. Suite was neat and new-fashioned in touch.

It was in an unbeatable location close to Royal Court Theatre.

Perfect for celebrating anniversary. The hotel was classic and our rooms overlooked the city...

Free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition. Best base for weekend in Liverpool. Private parking onsite was provided. We liked the fact that we chose shankly.
