Richmond Apart-Hotel

The room was n't cleaned once house keeping had been in and available on the lower ground. I was offered a delicious breakfast with proper sausages. The accommodation had a very central location to a restaurant across the road. The services were good.

Recently decorated room with a good view. Gorgeous food, amazingly great and courteous staff on shift. Very central location along with great breakfasts.

The food was gorgeous and the location was magnificent. Everything was perfect and within 22 minutes' drive of Liverpool John Lennon airport. My room was large & fashionable with large TV, bedrooms plus the old feel.

There were a lounge area, a living room, and a mini kitchenette in the room, loved that.

The room I booked was did n't look particularly clean or well kept and available with balcony. A safe box, a balcony, and WiFi were a very nice touch. The location was magnificent and perfect, within walking distance of The ONE shopping center, convenient to go everywhere.

The place was fairly clean and fabulous, had lovely staff on shift. I stayed in the room that was did n't look particularly clean or well kept and available with a tv. The hotel was in a great location, to the main areas of interest. Found The James Monro with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The room was well presented and well-kept and complete with a bath.

This hotel was set in a central area near to the restaurant here as part of a virgin and a city centre. I greatly enjoyed the room and its contemporary decor.

Everything was great, the wifi was good. The room was surprisingly spacious, it had dressing gowns and soft towels. The location was great and the private parking was nearby.

Very central location very close to Liverpool One Mall and the Docks as well as train station and shopping centre, it was in a very quiet area.

The place was spotlessly clean and luxury, it had well-trained and well organised staff with first class service from the staff.

Surprisingly spacious rooms with a hair dryer, tea, coffee, and an iron, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The rooms are well laid out and generous sized and the breakfast is exceptionally GOOD.

Good hot continental breakfast provided with proper sausages, poorly prepared eggs and drinks machine. Excellent location close to Lime Street station, really nice facilities.

Had a such wonderful stay for a night away, glad I've chosen it. The staff were immensely pleasant and incredibly welcoming lot of time. The breakfast looked delicious and great with a lot of options.

Beautifully presented, brand-new units provided with a super king size bed, microwave, as for instance. Incredible, comfortable location in Liverpool, adjacent to the attractions like the Empire, Royal Court and playhouse theatres, the main shops and restaurants, and the restaurant here. Again, not far from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

The location was perfect and comfortable for traveling around Liverpool, really close to shopping venues, the city center, catherdial and docks and Liverpool.

We had a comfortable time. Everything was first-class, the full English breakfast was totally worth it. Good service was provided here. Besides, our parking was nearby.

Amazing location short walk to Albert Dock, Liverpool One or the museums as well as restaurants and shopping, it's very central. The staff are extremely great and really kind, managed the parking nearby.

Recently decorated room, city views. Very central location, chilled-out base for discovering Liverpool. Walking distance to the Christmas market and a market across the street. A great restaurant and a cocktail bar available.

The venue was in a very central location near all the attractions of central Liverpool, and a posh cafe.

City view and FIRST-CLASS service. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Super base for a 5-night stay.

We enjoyed the location and staff. We found central heating, a safe and a writing table in the suite. Also, it was just a short stroll away from cavern club. A great stay.

We had a sunny balcony. 20 minutes by car from the airport...

The staff that we encountered were great. We would come there again on our next trip to Liverpool❤
