Got decent sized room with the bathroom, a nice view over Liverpool plus in-bunk lockers. Great location in the basement near the 'common area' and easy access to all the major shops and supermarkets.

The breakfast offered plenty of food and was delicious and marvellous. I stayed here for a trip and would stay here again.

The economy double room was nicely decorated even in a bunk bed. The location was magnificent: all the main shops and a supermarket were within walking distance. Even the Liverpool John Lennon airport was not so far, 19 minutes drive away.

Booked a family room with luggage storage, an iron and ironing board, and heating. Decent personnel with my girlfriend and staff members, paid attention to every detail. The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was family overall. Plus, I parked nearby.

Super friendly staff on our final day after paying for a later check-out, newly remodelled double room. Luggage storage, a safe, and a plasma TV set were nice.

The atmosphere created was relaxed. The standard queen room I stayed in was well-organised and newly renovated with a nice view over liverpool.

Dust in the room.

Had great and incredible location away from the main downtown area. The room was spotless and cheap and we had a storage space, heating, and a hair dryer.

There were comfy beds and luggage storage and an ironing set inside the room. It was decorated in the very stylish design.

The breakfasts here were amazing and great with hot chocolate and first meal, for instance. The room was reasonably large and the amenities included a storage and an ironing set.

Its location is incredibly comfortable - few metres away from Liverpool city centre.

The breakfast was marvellous and good with tea & coffee and had a wide range of food. The room we booked was spotless and cheap with a nice view, the shower plus an exceptionally comfortable bed, overall the experience was great.

Nicely decorated unit for many beds. Particularly good and incredible location, to everything you may want. Really close to a top local restaurants, Liverpool city centre and most tourist attractions.

The hotel was clean, facilities were beautiful, great location just next door to communal areas as well as both Lime Street.

The hotel was situated in the very central location in the centre of Liverpool City.

The location was great and stunning, you can visit Everyman Theatre by walking. Our room was updated and cheap with a comfy bed.

The breakfast was delicious and amazing with good variety. In general the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The location was incredibly comfortable in a very very nice area, next to centre of town, the main railway stations and the city center.

Greatly enjoyed the location right in the heart of everything-walking distance for all sites. I had coffee at Kimo's, located within 5 minutes walk.

The setting was quite great within easy reach of Liverpool Cathedral. All the main shops and supermarkets were right next door. The amazing breakfast had a huge variety of meals and the food I tasted was excellent.

The setting is particularly good, its just off Liverpool at short notice, shops / restaurants and the Coach Station for onward travel. Superbly friendly stuff, they smile all the time.

Its location within a close distance from Concert Square was stunning. You could walk to all the main shops and supermarkets.

The location a short walk to city centre was handy and easy. There was Elif right by the hotel. I had the double room, it was cheap.

It should be quaint hotel for overnight stay. Marvellous breakfast and the staff is pleasant. The location is brilliant and efficient, close to Lime St train station. Would recomand and would definitely go again.
