The property has a quiet location, next to two beautiful parks-quiet with a neighborhood feel, Liverpool and the area close to the property, and buses to city and dock area.

The staff were very-very nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff. The location was marvellous - short walk to buses to city and dock area, and the town centre, taxi's and WiFi. Moreover, the hotel was just a short walk away from Grave of Judy the Donkey.

The location was comfortable in a gorgeous area, really close to taxi and the tarif, an easy taxi ride and various other locations in Liverpool. The rooms had a convenient interior, and they were great value for money and fully-equipped.

The location was prime and peaceful - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. Our room was tastefully decorated with all the necessities in an exceptionally cleaned bathroom and the staff were amicable and attentive.

Pleasant location in the lovely area, adjacent to a quiet area close to the centre of Liverpool and good pubs. Again, 15 minutes walk from National Football Museum. Immaculate & tasteful room with a nice view of the garden.

Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive as well as host. The rooms were a nice size, fully-equipped, and had central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and ironing facilities. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was great. Hotel's location was peaceful and easy, in a leafy Victorian residential area.

The breakfast served was enjoyable and delectable, everything you could wish for, with boiled eggs, freshly baked bread plus salmon. The room was immaculate and relaxing, had smoke detectors for the safety. The location was marvellous and brilliant - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. A garden and a park were right next to the hotel.

The room was quiet and great value and a nice size with a nice view of the garden when I arrived. Iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk were a nice touch.

The location is brilliant, 2 km from a night club. 10 minutes on foot and you're near the bus stop. It has satisfactory English breakfasts and amicable and welcoming staff.

The total stay was really good on holiday. The location was unbeatable and prime, just a short walk away from Law. Set close to a garden and a park, it was a plus.

the staff was kind, the breakfast was savoury, everything was perfect. the bed was comfortable; and there was a walk-in shower. the hotel's location was brilliant and prime helpful in allowing me to park in his back garden. it was 1 km from hot & spicy, offering quick-service food. you could leave a car on-site.
