There were an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my standard triple room.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Overall it was nice and excellent, with a private bathroom. I could use central heating, an iron, and a work desk.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, just what we had in mind. The quadruple room was light with iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set. It was about 20 km from the airport.
