There were an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my standard triple room.

Some of the staff were very rude.

Overall it was nice and excellent, with a private bathroom. I could use central heating, an iron, and a work desk.

The bed was dirty in this place.

We had the triple room and it was outstanding.

This hotel was excellent home base for exploring Liverpool, liked it. The room was tastefully decorated and clean and had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron as pictured in advertising. There was a clean;)))

Liverpool John Lennon airport was hardly 23 minutes away by car. Multi-channel TV, ironing facilities and a writing table were available in my family room.
