The location is marvellous and particularly good and they have parking onsite. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and deserve a 3-star rating.

Place was impeccably clean and peaceful. Booked a charming little room with decent bed and the shower plus coffee. Marvellous location for our weekend in Liverpool. Based in a communal lounge area.

Absolutely perfect and great location near Stanley Street Quarter Cocktail Bar. Good sized and extremely pleasant room, set near a train station.

Peaceful venue, super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. Decent sized and functional room even with the heater on full and very good service. A great location within walking distance of cafés and pubs.

Large room, lovely bed and fairly clean bathroom. Lots of facilities like: a good hairdryer, a kitchenette, and tea and coffee making equipment. Really clean building, marvellous and good location not far from other attractions, a cafe that did nt open till 8, and the main shopping area. Also, close to a pub which was playing music until 1 am on Saturday night.

Miserable staff!

Particularly good location to the shopping street, helpful staff, everything was great. It was as expected, had a very very good stay for a wedding.

The location was marvellous there, close to train station and city centre. We greatly enjoyed reasonably large and compact room with fairly clean bathroom. The staff were superfriendly, very courteous.

Good modern place to stay whilst in Liverpool. Good food, well-equipped and a nice size room with adequate space, the fan, as example. Incredible central location and very amiable and extremely helpful staff. Not very far from Magical Beatles Museum. Wonderful hotel restaurant.

Marvellous setting in the communal lounge area, just off a cafe that didnt open till 8 as well as waterfront. Situated only 1 km from a national museum.

We came to Liverpool for shopping, everything was well-maintained. The setting of hotel was great and fantastic, close to city centre. Moreover, it was near to the train station, Liverpool one and all restaurants, shops and bars.

The staff was extremely friendly plus the location was perfect. We went out for dinner, found Spice City, it was at a walking distance from the hotel. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone.

Public parking on-site provided. Superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating people working here. Very central location - within walking distance of a church and an art gallery.
